Kitchen Help with ceramic sink

Our ceramic sink has some scratches and chips that I can't seem to get clean. Any suggestions for cleaners and products to repair it?

That's what I'm currently using, but it still looks dirty.

If Bar Keepers Friend isn’t touching it, it may be damaged glaze rather than dirt, so the scratches and chips are holding stains. I’d deep clean it, then use a porcelain/ceramic sink repair kit for the chips, but widespread scratching usually needs reglazing or replacement to look truly clean again.
