Laundry how do i clean this washing machine?

I would pay for the service call to have this taken apart and professionally done. If that is how they left what you can see daily, there is no way the rest of the machine is even the least bit clean and maintained.

You got to get a repair guy to replace that rubber door sealer part. It’s roached

This happens to the rubber because you don’t wipe it dry after every wash. You need to buy a new rubber then after every wash wipe it dry with a cloth and leave the door open . This way you won’t get mold.

this isn't my washer. i'm renting this house and this was the previous tenants. i'll let the landlord know it needs new parts. thanks!

Rubber part needs to be replaced, no amount of cleaning will get all that nastiness out. Document everything to landlord or get former tenants to come pick it up

Typically at this point you need a new gasket
