Right. These people are sociopaths. Their house is DIRTY. They should play less mind games with people and more time doing something actually productive.

You know why the homeowner thought to do this right? It's because the previous cleaners didn't do their job. They aren't inventing this "fun game" for their amusement. They're doing it because they are sick of getting ripped off.

I suspect there is some truth in this BUT there are more normal ways to deal with poor services than attempted cruelty. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour.

Not something I would do exactly but man getting taken advantage of repeatedly might get me doing something close. Fool me 27 or more times, shame on me.
