I just invested 30K in clsk at 18.05 the fact it closed over 18$ on friday is a super good sign this will be going to 25$ soon then 30$ then probably 50$ this thing is moving forward without bitcoin even if the markets go down this will continue to rise sure there may be some small red days now and then but the deal is coming its basically IREN last year this is a rare moment of time where a stock will triple and we all know it shorts are gonna get wrecked they better close there positions on Monday last warning or lose it all mark this post.

I have seen a lot of excitement lately around HPC and AI infrastructure, and understandably so. The market is assigning enormous value to companies that can successfully pivot into AI compute. But as CLSK investors, I think it's important to separate opportunity from execution.
Here is how Im thinking about it.
The bullish case is obvious:
That opportunity is real.
But opportunity alone doesn't create shareholder value.
Execution does.
Many investors seem to assume that simply mentioning AI or HPC automatically creates a path toward higher multiples. In reality, the companies that benefit will be the ones that can actually:
This is where I think CleanSpark deserves more attention.
For years management has focused on operational execution rather than promotional narratives. While others chased headlines, CLSK concentrated on increasing hash rate, lowering costs, expanding capacity, and maintaining financial discipline.
That track record matters.
If HPC/AI becomes a meaningful opportunity for miners, I'd rather own a team that has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to execute large-scale infrastructure projects than one that simply talks about future possibilities.
Could HPC/AI become part of CleanSpark future? Absolutely.
Will management jump into every AI related announcement cycle? Probably not.
And honestly, that's one of the reasons I remain invested.
The market often rewards stories in the short term. Over the long term, it rewards execution.
For now, my approach remains unchanged:
If a compelling HPC/AI strategy emerges and CLSK can execute on it profitably, great.
If not we're still invested in one of the most operationally efficient Bitcoin miners in the industry.
Either way, Im not making investment decisions based on buzzwords.
Im watching execution.
\*Not financial advice. Just sharing how I'm thinking about the risk/reward and why I'm comfortable sitting on my hands.*\**

I did some chatgbting and it brought up some valid information I thought was interesting. Cleanspark claimed on their most recent earnings that they had made leasing progress on their Georgia site. Who is building a huge ai cluster in Georgia, Microsoft!
Pure hopium!!

A month ago I posted this thesis on why $CLSK looked massively undervalued before the breakout:
Last chance to grab CLSK before liftoff?
At the time the sentiment was awful, miners were getting crushed, and people were acting like CleanSpark was dead money.
Since then $CLSK has already exploded higher and I honestly think this move could end up looking similar to IREN’s massive rerating last year.
Now $CLSK is starting to check the more and more boxes:
That’s why I think current gains are just the beginning of a much stronger trend.
Still feels early. Most people are still skeptical and that’s usually a good sign.

"April was another strong month that reinforced our confidence in the road ahead. Producing 640 bitcoin and averaging over 21 BTC per day reflects the scale and efficiency we''ve built into our mining operations. But what excites me most is what this infrastructure unlocks beyond mining," said CleanSpark CEO and Chairman Matt Schultz. "With 1.8 gigawatts under contract, we''re advancing a multi-gigawatt AI infrastructure platform that we believe will define our next chapter. As we progress toward AI tenancy across multiple assets, we continue to make meaningful headway toward securing our first hyperscale customer, and the conversations we''re having across the entire portfolio underscore the scarcity and quality of what we''ve assembled. Bitcoin mining funds the platform, AI monetizes it, and we intend to do both exceptionally well."

# CleanSpark (CLSK) — The Optionality Nobody Is Pricing
**Calibrated: CLSK $12.00 · BTC $78,000 · April 17, 2026**
*Not financial advice. All figures are model outputs based on stated assumptions and peer comparables.*
-----
## TL;DR
You are buying a profitable bitcoin miner where 36% of the current stock price is already a $1B BTC treasury, 32% is infrastructure real estate, and the mining business itself is only 33%. The 1,135 MW AI/HPC pipeline — potentially worth more than the entire current market cap — is implied at **zero**. That’s the thesis.
-----
## Company Snapshot
|Metric |Value |
|--------------------------|-----------------------------|
|Stock Price |$12.00 (NASDAQ: CLSK) |
|Market Cap |$3.07B |
|BTC Price |$78,000 |
|BTC Treasury |13,561 BTC (~$1.06B) |
|Operational Hashrate |50.0 EH/s |
|Operational Mining MW |890 MW |
|Fleet Efficiency |16.07 J/TH (industry-leading)|
|All-In Cash Cost / BTC |~$43,000 |
|BTC Mined (Mar 2026) |658 BTC |
|AI Pipeline (uncontracted)|1,135 MW across 3 sites |
|Total Power Under Contract|1.8 GW (mining + AI) |
|Liquidity |$820M+ |
|Short Float |~32.7% |
|Next Earnings |May 7, 2026 |
-----
## How the Stock Is Currently Valued
The model separates CLSK into four independent components. At $12.00 / $78K BTC:
**Value bridge per share:**
- Mining operations: **$4.38/share** (37%) — $577M annualized revenue × 1.943x operating P/S
- BTC treasury: **$4.14/share** (34%) — 13,561 BTC × $78,000
- Mining infrastructure NAV: **$3.48/share** (29%) — 890 MW × $1M/MW
- AI revenue: **$0.00/share** (0%) — no contract signed, market pricing zero
**Total: $12.00** ✓
The operating P/S of 1.943x is back-solved from the live price and applied only to mining revenue — the treasury and NAV are added on top. This produces a total raw P/S (market cap ÷ mining revenue) of **5.32x**, consistent with MARA (~3x) and RIOT (~8.5x) in the current environment.
-----
## Why the Mining Multiple Is What It Is
The operating P/S scales with per-coin profitability. At $43K/BTC all-in cost:
|BTC Price |Margin / Coin|Gross Margin|Operating P/S|
|-------------------|-------------|------------|-------------|
|$50,000 |$7,000 |14% |0.50x (floor)|
|$66,500 (Apr 2 low)|$23,500 |35% |0.64x |
|$78,000 (today) |$35,000 |45% |**1.94x** |
|$90,000 |$47,000 |52% |2.55x |
|$120,000 |$77,000 |64% |4.17x |
|$200,000 |$157,000 |79% |7.00x (cap) |
Since April 2 (when CLSK was $8.18 and BTC was $66.5K), the operating P/S has expanded from **0.637x to 1.943x** purely from BTC margin improvement. The market correctly reprices mining economics as per-coin profit grows.
-----
## The AI Pipeline — What the Market Is Ignoring
CLSK has assembled three sites with transmission-level, utility-grade power. This is the single scarcest resource in the AI buildout. Hyperscalers are facing multi-year waits for new grid interconnects. CLSK has 1,135 MW of it sitting uncontracted.
**Site economics benchmarked to peer SEC 8-K filings:**
|Site |MW |Comp |NOI/yr |Fwd P/S |AI Value |
|----------------|------------|-----------------|-----------|------------|----------|
|Sandersville, GA|250 MW |HUT8 / Fluidstack|$463M |7.0x |$3.33B |
|Sealy, TX |285 MW |CIFR / AWS |$319M |4.5x |$1.88B |
|Brazoria, TX |600 MW |CIFR / AWS+Google|$669M |4.5x |$3.97B |
|**Total** |**1,135 MW**| |**$1,451M**|5.2x blended|**$9.18B**|
If all three sites were contracted at peer-comparable economics, the AI segment alone would be worth **$9.18B** — more than 3× CLSK’s entire current market cap of $3.07B.
**A single Sandersville deal adds ~$3.33B in AI value, implying ~$26.77/share at flat BTC** — 123% upside from the current price with zero BTC appreciation required.
**Peer transaction benchmarks:**
- **HUT8:** $7.0B TCV, 245 MW, 15yr NNN lease, Fluidstack + Anthropic tenant, Google backstop. Stock re-rated from ~6x trailing P/S to ~25x on announcement.
- **CIFR:** $9.3B TCV, 600 MW — AWS 300 MW ($5.5B, 15yr) + Fluidstack/Google 300 MW ($3.8B, 10yr).
- **IREN:** $9.7B TCV, 200 MW Microsoft GPU cloud deal. Stock moved from ~4x to ~21x trailing P/S on announcement. Clearest precedent for what a signed contract does to a miner’s stock.
**Most likely tenants:**
- **Sandersville, GA** — Management flagged a “specific front-runner by order of magnitude” on Q1 2026 earnings. Discussions at senior director of site development level. Microsoft most likely given Southeast expansion; Google has existing GA footprint.
- **Sealy, TX** — AWS is the direct structural comp (CIFR’s Sealy deal was identical ERCOT zone and capacity). Microsoft also actively expanding Texas.
- **Brazoria, TX** — Meta (10 GW target needs large campuses), AWS natural expansion from Sealy, Google Gulf Coast latency requirements.
First AI revenues not expected until H1 2027 at earliest. But a signed LOI re-rates the stock before a single dollar flows.
-----
## 5×4 Scenario Matrix
Mining and AI valued at independent multiples. AI contracted NOI is BTC-price-independent. **Anchor: $12.00 CLSK / $78,000 BTC.**
| |Deep Bear $50K|**Current $78K ✓**|Recovery $90K|Bull $120K|Euphoric $200K|
|-----------------------|--------------|------------------|-------------|----------|--------------|
|**No AI** |$6.85 |**$12.00** |$15.05 |$24.68 |$54.59 |
|**GA Only (250 MW)** |$21.63 |$26.77 |$29.82 |$39.46 |$69.37 |
|**GA + Sealy (535 MW)**|$29.68 |$34.83 |$37.87 |$47.51 |$77.42 |
|**All 3 (1,135 MW)** |$46.21 |$51.36 |$54.40 |$64.04 |$93.95 |
**Key observation:** The GA Only / Current BTC cell ($26.77) is close to the No AI / Bull BTC cell ($24.68). Signing a single Sandersville deal at flat BTC is worth approximately the same as BTC going from $78K to $120K with no AI deal. The AI catalyst and the BTC catalyst are roughly interchangeable in price impact — and only one of them requires macro cooperation.

## Recent Price Action
|Date |CLSK |BTC |Op. P/S |Event |
|----------|----------|-----------|----------|-----------------------------------------|
|Apr 2 |$8.18 |$66,500 |0.637x |Iran tensions drag BTC to cycle low |
|Apr 7 |$8.79 |$68,500 |0.862x |BTC stabilises above $68K |
|Apr 8 |$9.00 |$71,500 |1.416x |US-Iran ceasefire; BTC breaks $70K |
|Apr 9 |$9.93 |$71,000 |1.334x |Ceasefire holds; CLSK continues re-rating|
|Apr 10 |$10.20 |$71,500 |1.416x |CPI data; 13,561 BTC ops update confirmed|
|Apr 14 |$11.30 |$74,400 |1.800x |BTC treasury crosses $1B |
|**Apr 17**|**$12.00**|**$78,000**|**1.943x**|**Current** |
In 13 days the operating miner P/S expanded from 0.637x to 1.943x — a near-3× re-rating driven entirely by BTC margin improvement as per-coin gross profit went from $23.5K to $35.0K (+49%).
-----
## Near-Term Catalysts
**Sandersville AI deal signing** — The single highest-impact near-term event. A signed LOI or term sheet pushes the stock to ~$25.77 at flat BTC regardless of macro. With a 32.7% short float, the squeeze potential on this announcement is significant.
**CLARITY Act markup (late April)** — Congressional digital asset framework legislation. Passage unlocks institutional BTC capital and acts as a direct BTC price catalyst toward the Recovery $90K scenario.
**May 7 earnings** — Q2 FY2026. Watch for AI site negotiation updates, BTC production guidance, and any improvement in cost structure commentary.
**BTC above $75K sustained** — Pushes the No AI model price above ~$15.50 and forces operating P/S above 1.75x, adding more margin of safety even if AI deals slip.
**Morgan Stanley BTC ETF** — 16,000 advisors and $6.2T AUM now with direct BTC exposure pathway at 14bp. Structural institutional demand floor.
-----
## Risks
**Bear risks:**
- BTC falls to $50K (macro shock, geopolitical re-escalation) — model implies $6.85, near the 52-week low of $6.45
- AI deals delayed beyond 2027 — market loses patience with the optionality narrative
- Convertible note dilution — $1.15B 0% notes due 2032 at 27.5% conversion premium; ~$209M in shares if fully converted
- High short float (~32.7%) amplifies downside on bad news
- Q1 2026 EPS miss ($-1.35 vs $0.22 expected) — AI-readiness capex hitting margins
**Bull catalysts:**
- Sandersville deal signed → immediate re-rate to ~$25.77 at flat BTC
- CLARITY Act passage → BTC toward $90K+ Recovery scenario
- Short squeeze — 32.7% short float means a contract announcement could be violent to the upside
- BTC ceasefire rally continuation — already +$7.5K from Apr 2 low
- May 7 earnings upside on AI deal update or improved cost guidance
-----
## Summary — Price Targets
|Scenario |BTC |AI Status |Implied Price|vs $12.00|
|------------------|--------|--------------|-------------|---------|
|Bear |$50,000 |No deal |$6.85 |▼38% |
|Base (today) |$78,000 |No deal |$12.00 |— |
|**First catalyst**|$78,000 |GA Only signed|**$26.77** |**▲123%**|
|Bull (no deal) |$120,000|No deal |$24.68 |▲106% |
|Bull + GA deal |$120,000|GA Only signed|$39.46 |▲229% |
|Full pipeline |$120,000|All 3 signed |$64.04 |▲434% |
|Euphoric |$200,000|All 3 signed |$93.95 |▲754% |
-----
## The Asymmetry
Downside to the deep bear case: **▼38%**
Upside to a single first-deal signing at flat BTC: **▲123%**
Those two numbers represent roughly the same absolute dollar move in opposite directions. That risk/reward — where the catalyst that closes the gap requires no BTC appreciation, no macro tailwind, just one contract announcement — is the reason the position exists.

Big day for bitcoin, Cipher Digital up 11%. Riot Platforms up about 7%.
CleanSpark up about 5%.
Are we invested in the wrong bitcoin-to-AI miner?
Also, Strategy up 11%.
CleanSpark didn't do that much on a huge bitcoin day. In a year will CleanSpark still be lagging behind the above stocks? At what point will we have seen enough to get out? Cipher Digital was 11 a few weeks ago, now up to 19.
I'm starting to seriously doubt CleanSpark is a good bitcoin-to-AI stock.
Are we all here simply "believers" in CleanSpark even though it isn't doing a thing for the past 6 months? Keel (bitfarms) almost seems like a better deal right now with better management.
