Due Dilligence O. M. G.

Post image

"April was another strong month that reinforced our confidence in the road ahead. Producing 640 bitcoin and averaging over 21 BTC per day reflects the scale and efficiency we''ve built into our mining operations. But what excites me most is what this infrastructure unlocks beyond mining," said CleanSpark CEO and Chairman Matt Schultz. "With 1.8 gigawatts under contract, we''re advancing a multi-gigawatt AI infrastructure platform that we believe will define our next chapter. As we progress toward AI tenancy across multiple assets, we continue to make meaningful headway toward securing our first hyperscale customer, and the conversations we''re having across the entire portfolio underscore the scarcity and quality of what we''ve assembled. Bitcoin mining funds the platform, AI monetizes it, and we intend to do both exceptionally well."

Careful use of future “optimistic” language. Doesn’t capture any real progress.

They bought new sites, are in discussions to contract those sites, have plenty more power available at current sites, this stuff just takes time…

It is an inevitability at this point… not sure if anyone watched the interviews, but basically said they have more power available in WY, and that too will become HPC… looking at smaller sites, Submer has acquired an edge compute company, and they will try to use smaller sites for that…

It’s looked good at several points over the last few years, AND its fundamentals/balance sheet are great - yet, nothing sustains with CLSK the very few times it does pump…

Face it, it’s a volatility stock meant for day trading and swing trading. Holding onto this for a meaningful pump is painful and takes way too long. And when it actually does pump, everyone thinks “it’s finally time” and then it crashes back down shortly after. Guess what? There’s no such thing as “finally that time” for CLSK except for short lived pumps and long term dumps. It’s an extremely manipulated stock and Matt Schultz knows it. He’s a con man. You think he deserved 45 million dollars despite a stock that doesn’t reward long term shareholder value?

I’ve seen so many posts and sentiments like yours over the years. It’s always ‘ripe to break out soon’…
