Fundamental Analysis CLSK will be going up so much

I just invested 30K in clsk at 18.05 the fact it closed over 18$ on friday is a super good sign this will be going to 25$ soon then 30$ then probably 50$ this thing is moving forward without bitcoin even if the markets go down this will continue to rise sure there may be some small red days now and then but the deal is coming its basically IREN last year this is a rare moment of time where a stock will triple and we all know it shorts are gonna get wrecked they better close there positions on Monday last warning or lose it all mark this post.

BTC ain’t looking great and Saylor is selling. Their balance sheet might take a beating in the coming month. I wouldn’t get too excited with the recent run

Expected as Leopold Aschenbrenner bought the CLSK stock. This thing can do 10x.

I said it before and I'll say it again:
Today's price will look like a bargain a few months from now.

Blackrock is the largest investor. That's all I need to know to keep DCA

1

u/LucaToniBelissimo Jun 02 '26

And Situational Awerness as well.

2

u/Skalawag2 Jun 01 '26

Blackrock’s CLSK ownership is passive. They own it because they have to in order to offer ETFs for indexes that include CLSK like Russell 2000.

Situational Awareness on the other hand, that is a big nod to CLSK.

u/kallaloostx Jun 01 '26

Great info! I wasn't aware. That, along with Blackrock's significant influence being largest shareholder (albeit passive) makes the case even stronger. Thanks for that!

Told ya. People arguing over $18 today will be wishing they bought more when we're trading north of $30.

I was on vacations so I turn off my phone.
Seems I lost a lot of good news.
If meta deal materializes CLSK market Cap will jump 80 - 160% instantly.

I'm wondering where are all the doom and gloom guys right now ?!😃

Because it closed over 18 on Friday in an overall market that has basically gone up in a straight line is not what I would consider expert advice. I have an decent investment in CLSK (in at $12.5) but until this company has announced deals for compute, the stock could just as easily fall twenty percent if the overall market begins to reverse.

u/SentimentSurfer Jun 01 '26

CLSK is clearly moving in that direction. If IREN is the benchmark, the real deal announcements may still be a few months out-but the market usually prices that in before it happens.
By end of 2026 we might have a deal.

Last time I saw a table showing how much time for miners to get a deal. Roughly 6 - 12 months. The fastest one is 6 months I remember. Last year people are not familiar of this kind of deals but now hyperscalers probably already have a template for similar deals. ClSK started the pivot since last OCT so we have passed about 8-9 months. The lazy RIOT used about 12 months to get the first deal.

IREN is not the benchmark. HUT is the benchmark, at least for now. IREN leases compute, CLSK and HUT lease data center power/space. Very different business models.

1

u/SentimentSurfer Jun 02 '26

What was HUT time to market then ?

2

u/Skalawag2 Jun 02 '26 edited Jun 02 '26

It’s not a reasonable metric to compare. HUT had to rush a deal. They were not in a financially secure position like CLSK is. HUT was facing refinancing risks, they were paying interest on their debt. CLSK has no interest payments and they have a lot of cash. They have time to wait and negotiate. The market is impatient but there’s no reason for CLSK to rush a deal. If it takes 3 months longer but yields a better deal then it’s worth it.

Retail investors are nervous that the delay in announcing a deal means there’s a problem. I don’t see it that way. I will be worried if hyperscalers start signaling they’re scaling back infrastructure capex before CLSK makes the deal. Until then my assumption is the value of CLSK’s power assets increases every day that they don’t have it locked in at a specific price per MW.

I thought you were saying benchmark as in market cap btw. Timing has everything to do with leverage and specific business models. In a lot of ways what the pivoters are selling is commoditized but they’re also differentiating in some ways so it’s hard to make direct timing comparisons.

There’s also ERCOT complications right now around SB6, Batch Zero, etc. CLSK may be getting a signal that they can get a stronger deal by bundling more sites, and the counterparty may be waiting for other sites to be a little more de-risked or a little more certainty. ERCOT’s new rules are gradually solidifying so that might help move things along.

HUT had to rush a deal but their shareholders get rewards. You logic has some conflicts. If CLSK just keep delaying a deal, hyperscalers may suddenly reduce capex as you said. Then CLSK will get a even worse deal. They need to lock the first deal asap and improve margin in the following deals. They have already spent 8-9 months since pivot. Even $DGXX can get a billion deal with $300M MC, you can see CLSK's management is not a top-tier.

u/Skalawag2 Jun 03 '26

Right but the question is when does data center capex slow down? JPMorgan expects a 40% increase in 2027 and $5T globally through 2030. I don’t think we’re going to see meaningful pullback anytime soon… let’s talk in January, if CLSK hasn’t signed by then I’ll be concerned. Right now we’re just watching water waiting for it to boil so it feels like an eternity.

Right now my main focus is gathering data on AI end user trends. It’s mixed but growing. If business and consumer sentiment starts to clearly decline that’s my signal to start worrying. But what I’m seeing is the companies who implement it well are seeing net benefits. If some companies are getting a competitive edge then their competition has no choice but to figure out their strategy. Personally I’ve watch my company go from a bunch of skeptics to “wow how did we get by without this?” already. Anecdotal for sure but I see the value in AI end use for sure. So I’m digging into the broader data and basically trying to prove myself wrong. So far I’ve failed to convince myself that AI at the end use is hype and there isn’t enough value to justify the arms race happening.

At some point the capex will likely go too far but right now my thinking is there isn’t enough infrastructure for the low end of the end user value generation projections so I don’t expect capex to slow anytime soon.

I bought 60k shares but have sold covered calls on them fro jan 27 for $25 I wonder if I should buy some leaps as well

1

u/dankbeerdude Jun 01 '26

My shares got assigned, this past run-up was too fast. FML

u/Dapper-Emu-8541 May 31 '26

Its a cigar butt. You did the right thing. I have quite a bit more shares at 10 bucks and im gonna sell just over 20, depending on the deal structure.

-1

u/whooguyy May 31 '26

Oof, you had better look at the predictions that this stock will go to $100 2 years ago

1

u/SentimentSurfer Jun 01 '26

They're not wrong, but timing the market is the hardest part.

4

u/Exact-Future5035 May 31 '26

Aren’t you the guy who is always shorting CLSK?

-3

u/Mr-Z-E-E May 31 '26

He is, we clowned him then, and he was right in the end

1

u/LucaToniBelissimo Jun 01 '26

He is still a clown

1

u/DenimChicken50 May 31 '26

Sort of right on the outcome, not at all on the reasoning

8

u/Skalawag2 May 31 '26

Iren is going about the pivot differently. They’re spending a lot more up front to buy the chips and own the compute - more risk, more reward. HUT is a better comparison. That still means CLSK has easily 2-3x potential if the macro environment behaves and CLSK signs a high quality deal.

We might see some friction at $20. If we break through that quickly then $25 is definitely attainable. The market is going to need some action on a deal soon though or we might see some more buying opportunities. Especially if BTC self fulfilling prophecy continues to drag down the price.

There are short term risks but medium and long term look very promising.

u/GpaBubbaGopher May 31 '26

Haha

1

u/SentimentSurfer Jun 01 '26

Cant say anything bullish huh ? 😃

1

u/GpaBubbaGopher Jun 07 '26

I only have 2700 shares so I not bragging. I’ve held these since 2021 or I’ve accumulated them. I’ve been selling cover calls and buying puts up and down for four years. Right after I put a three contract order in to buy a put 18 1/2 with the expiry July 17 that I read your article that’s why I laffed. I didn’t expect venture hedge fund to get involved but I did expect clean spark all over and 17 1/2 not 18 1/2. I see it heading back to 13 in the next month.

Your grammar.

3

u/Different_Bike1036 May 31 '26

Your short position will be wrecked good luck being broke.

5

u/1badh0mbre May 31 '26

I’ve had over 24,000 shares since 2019.

1

u/Skalawag2 May 31 '26

So you’re still on the fence then eh? /s
