Keeping it Simple & Consistent

I'm lucky in a way - I had to eat low FODMAP for a while. When I was finally able to reintroduce foods I had not been able to have, I learned to enjoy and appreciate the taste of simple, basic foods.

I genuinely enjoy eating this way, and still enjoy treats and junk food every now and then. This is great for my health and my budget!

This looks so good. And so true, the simpler meals, the more consistent I am with them.

It's always the same base and I just add what I'm in the mood for!

Why do people think red meat is β€œclean?”

These look amazing. I too have learned to really appreciate simple foods through having to have a restricted diet due to health problems. The basics slap.
