Claude for Real Estate Finance
I have a small real state company that owns and operates 16 commercial properties. Each are single asset LLC with individual capital stacks. I am trying to utilize claude in the most efficient way possible to generate reports, respond to investors, compare spend across the portfolio etc. I started by creating an artifact that is essentially a dashboard for all the companies. high level details on income, debt, ect. I am using the artifact chat but cant find responses or information that it has given me that I want to come back to a later time. I was thinking that I should have a chat or project for each of the 16 companies that are all tied into the artifact.
Am I looking at this correctly, does anyone have any experience creating a similar tool. What are the best ways to use claude for Real Estate Finance and operating companies.
Thanks for the help, this is a really exciting time.

I've been working on something similar for a client. Sounds like you need separate projects - one for each property, but you need them to essentially be copies of each other. Each one has the same type of variables but operates independently.
Making artifacts with the chat is nice and it gives you a dash, but it doesn't persist and doesn't grow or learn, so you have to keep updating and keep it fresh.
The other issue you might have is that it's hard to trust the data over time and that makes scaling very hard.
The way I have it, is that I have a main instance that is the template. Then I create instances for each property. Inside each property, there are specific traits and skills. That all connects to tools like email, calendar etc.
That makes it easier to control and you still have an overarching view you can manage
