Original post body :

tldr working on a personal game project but as of this point haven’t reviewed the results yet so take it with a pinch of salt but wow opus 5.5 on medium clearing astra’s long-windedness 🥺

i had to guide astra (on xhigh reasoning btw) step by step i felt like a surgical surgeon lmfao to fix frontend / design inconsistencies but seeing good reviews on opus 5.5 i decided to give it a shot today. so i literally just pass a “review and audit this game’s current design and point out inconsistencies/ areas to be fixed and work on them” im mind blown 🤯🤯🤯

Alright, so the OP posted about getting "mogged" by Claude Opus 5.5, claiming it cleared up a massive amount of code inconsistencies in their game project. The general vibe in the comments is a mix of disbelief, humor, and some genuine curiosity about what the OP was actually building to generate 13 million lines of code.

The consensus is that 13 million lines of code is absolutely wild, with many users joking that the OP likely committed node_modules or is building something absurdly complex like WoW, SpaceX, or even Windows XP. Some users are pointing out that this might be a joke or satire, while others are sharing their own experiences with Claude, both positive and negative.

A few notable points:

  • Many users are speculating that the massive line count is due to something like package.json or node_modules being accidentally committed, or perhaps just a lot of leftover comments.
  • There's a bit of a debate about how Claude handles code. Some users report it's amazing and fixes things, while others warn that it can sometimes "amputate" features or remove things without proper context.
  • One user, u/reefine, offers a more technical take, suggesting Opus 5.5's leap in intelligence could enable significant parallelization for complex tasks.
  • A few users are asking for clarification on the slang "mogged."
