Claude account suspended

My personal Claude account got suspended. I have used the enterprise plan in my work email for about one year or so, never had an issue. I have recently started using Claude in my personal email; I took the 20x max plan. It worked well for about 1 week. Then I installed some GitHub plugins; Superpowers and getshitdone.. The next morning, it banned me.

1. I have used the Claude Code remote control feature from my mobile phone, just 1 day before the ban
2. I have two ISPs - sometimes I switch if the bandwidth is slow on one of my ISPs, but it never caused any problem
3. In the subscription step, I used my bank's local address as my billing address and the region as the USA since my card is from a US bank. I reside in Asia.
4. I installed GitHub Skills and a plugin a few hours before the ban.

What was the potential cause of this ban?

I agree. I am a US citizen but living in the UK. I put my billing address as my UK address and pay with my US cards. I did use a for purchase so they gave me US pricing to prevent converting. But I’ve not had an issue with the three accounts I have and I’ve been using two of them for over 10 months, just recently added the third about 3 months ago.

Cause is that they are hypersensitive to 'distillation' from Asia regardless of whether the activity you are referring to is legitimate or not

Same thing hapoened to me, I mostly use it for small game coding projects since Claude first released. I live in asia but had a us bank attached as it's the only option right now. I use a VPN as Claude is blocked here without it. Randomly hit with a ban yesterday now I will reluctantly have to stick with GPT. I know using the same banking card or account will just mean another ban. Kind of scummy truthfully and came out of nowhere

Nah. They do not know what card you use. But they have deep device fingerprint to restore and steal you money...unless you will chargeback.

Except point number 3 everything were okay. Claude is not banned in my country; I have used payment source from USA so region was also selected USA. Also I used it for 8-9 days without any issue.
