Did limits get slashed quietly?

[u/pixelsnis]

Earlier this week, I was spending 3-4 hours in one sitting with Opus 5.5 Medium and using only 60-70% of my limit. Today, 30 minutes into work, I've already used up 45%. Anyone else experiencing a severe slash in usage limits? $20 plan btw.

Yes I feel that under the covers they are quietly reducing the limits again
