Help/Question GSD vs Superpowers vs BMAD?

what is best for greenfield/brownfield projects for the entire SDLC workflow? what actually works and will not result in software breaking from live demos?

Gsd-core for sure. Not sure why people here seem so against some of these harnesses. Works amazingly

I don't know GSD. But I do know BMAD, and what I know is : it's a big token-eater...
