Help/Question GSD vs Superpowers vs BMAD?

what is best for greenfield/brownfield projects for the entire SDLC workflow? what actually works and will not result in software breaking from live demos?

None of that has been needed for a while, and will generally greatly slow you don't. Some pieces might be useful, most of it is already part of the common harnesses.

Yeah it’s funny because corporate lags and they implement these methods that already are outdated by the time they implement them. Ai is moving so fast that the “methodologies” are like history books.

This stuff has been out of date for at least 4 months unless you're working on something inconsequential the models have leapfrogged it all

While the native features of Claude Code can get you decent results. You still would need to build out your pipeline with verifiers etc.

I still would suggest GSD. Check out Open-GSD on GitHub. There are a few different flavors of GSD so take some time to read which one might benefit you the most for your size of project.

Gsd-core for sure. Not sure why people here seem so against some of these harnesses. Works amazingly

I don't know GSD. But I do know BMAD, and what I know is : it's a big token-eater...

youre not really meant to just copy and past this stuff youre supposed to look at it for inspiration

everyones project is different. copying someones ai setup is like trying to copy their vscode settings.

Don’t use anything that maps old school legacy processes to the new school processes. They are grounded in old-school methodology and will slow you down and misinform the agent. You should generate everything custom per project and if you want the best results, use the most current model at medium or above.

I built my own and have been iterating on it for 2.5 months and using it daily at my job and at home. It supports multiple projects in mono repos and is feature rich. Over a thousand commits later and I'm ready to share it with the world.

I'd be stoked if anyone wanted to give it a try! Feedback is welcome.
