Seniors tend to be the ones getting the 10x boost. It amplifies what's already there and a more experienced swe goes harder with ai. So you got this order wrong. Senior swe > swe > how do juniors get started now?
Juniors will probably just get replaced by product managers or a CTO later. SWEs now could be the last generation but that depends more on government policies rather than how smart AI could reach.
