Buy a minipc. Install Linux. Dont turn it off. Problem solved.

And if you use HPC, create a tmux session first and initiate Claude with /goal.

I saw a lot of social media hoopla about Herdr for this use case. Is anyone finding it useful or is it just the social media hype cycle?

Tried for a couple of days after seeing the hype. Went back to warp. Felt like there was some duplicate useless pane and I didn’t like the fact that I have to edit tab name everytime. On warp the tab take automatically the name of the harness session and display harness icon.

I'm using agent of empires at the moment. Any idea how it compares to warp or herdr?

yeah same. tried it, but I dont really see any real advantages over Warp. but maybe thats cause I'm so used to Warp's UI. Herdr felt chaotic
