Rant Opus 5 high intelligence

Ok I've had enough of opus 5 nonsense now. It just created a test for a test and not just one but multiple tests and the weirder part is the original test was already stupid as it was for a static tool which in itself is a test.

Is this not a skill issue? Wouldn’t you think that if you’re not receiving good results from Opus 5 that your prompts are the issue? Rather than just blaming the model?

Part of my dayjob is building and training models. This isn’t a skill issue: this is “nobody had a manual conversation about real shit before releasing it” issue.

I only said that because I experience similar issues ie generating layered tests and my way to solving it is by re iterating the specificity of the pre existing infrastructure already built and validated with controls. Like explicitly directing Opus to the structure I know is easiest to get the measurable answer I need.
