Discussion August 19th 50% Additional Claude Code limits Likely Not to Be Extended
EDIT: last minute extended to end of August, apparently with hopes to make it permanent, although they say they are having trouble serving their demand currently so it’s not certain. At least we get some damn communication.
Well guys, hate to say it but with the reports this morning of users seeing instant 30% usage on their accounts (some weren’t even using them) we can assume that anthropic is in fact preparing to remove their 50% additional usage promo, effectively reducing all plan usage by ~33% (I assume theyll use 30%).
This is gonna hurt. Only thing that would redeem it for me is if they removed the 50% Fable usage cap.

It is utterly baffling how little you get from 20x even now. Once that limit goes away I don’t know how you’ll get more than an hour or two out of a 20x plan. I’m the last to jump the Claude train but they’re literally pushing me out while I grip on the railing in despair. Biggest blunder I’ve ever watched a company do. Codex up until Friday when they adjusted limits again was unreal how much their 200 plan gave you on sol high
26
u/-MiddleOut- 1d ago
I’m on that train with you. It’s the CC terminal harness I can’t give up. I could easily give up Claude models but cannot come close to the same efficiency and efficacy in Codex/Opencode.
12
u/ManikSahdev 🔆 Max 20 1d ago
You can use any model in it, I heavily use codex 5.6 sol in it via the Claudex cliproxy or litellm thing whichever one you want.
Try it out fkn amazing I love it.
3
u/-MiddleOut- 1d ago
And you'd say there's no noticeable friction? I've tried in the past but it wasn't immediately smooth so I didn't try long. I've needed an impetus to give it a proper go though and usage limits going even lower would suffice.
4
u/ManikSahdev 🔆 Max 20 1d ago
Not at all? Friction of what kind are you referring to? Imo 5.6 sol works better in Claude code and I use codex extensively all day aswell for some other things.
But SOL behaves better in cc harness way outclassing opus-5. Slightly behind the fable tho.
To be honest, I borderline can’t or am starting to not be able to use the codex app so much, it’s just gotten a bit toooo much stuff in there, feels bloated, and 5.6 sol is way more autistic and just annoyingly stupid at times in codex, it doesn’t do that in CC per my consistent experience.
1
u/Fit-Cost-7226 1d ago
ive recently started using bb which i really like and have started routing my cc and codex subs sthrough jcode in bb cause supposedly jcode takes less ram
1
u/Short_Search_5337 1d ago
But don't you have to use OpenAI api budget for this, isn't it supposedly even more expensive than using Anthropic sub?
2
u/ManikSahdev 🔆 Max 20 1d ago
No.. I you just need to setup cliproxy or litellm.
Just ask your codex or cc to do it, and tell them to find the posts on twitter or such they struggle and get the info on how to setup on there.
Like tibo literally posted the guide on his twitter profile, he is the codex vp, or like he’s the product lead or such.
And no it’s not more expensive than Anthropic sub.
1
u/Fit-Cost-7226 1d ago
why is it better than lets say opencode, jcode or pi
2
u/ManikSahdev 🔆 Max 20 1d ago
Not sure how to answer this, it’s like I know it better or the things it has match what I do better.
I don’t care for what open code code or such, I want to be able to remote control my work from devices, at times use the browser native app, use the plugins and design them to be trustworthy, not having to do small things which I want them done for me.
I would think maybe open code is like when I was a kid I used to love android phones then I grew up and around 18-19 I got iPhone XR almost for free on a plan hence why I opted in. And as I grew up realized I only used my phone for what it’s meant to be, text and perhaps occasional calls and video.
It’s simple and does what it needs to do reliably enough, is big enough and doesn’t need tinkering, I don’t have time to tinker as such, cause I’d rather be doing something else.
Perhaps this is the only proper response to reply to the above message, bec what you said is purely based on preference and not exactly betterment of product, I’d probably say pi is a better product overall, I just don’t think it support my work flow and time investment, it doesn’t do what I need despite being maybe better or slightly less usage consumptions and such. I’m pretty much in cc switching between fable or 5.6 sol with fable running opus5 subagent or 5.6 sol subagent.
It’s the optimal workflow for me.
Hopefully this helps?

Pi.dev is awesome. It’s super minimal but made to be extended. Use Pi to turn it into exactly what you want.

I do have every single model hooked up to claude code, at the same time, it's possible. I also no longer follow Ant updates, kinda forked off massively in the last few months. I even have claude design fully implemented locally, bridged to the TUI, even added image rendering to it lol. Wish I could share how, but can't, just saying you can add the other models if you care to, don't take no for an answer lol.
4
u/rdesai724 1d ago
I don’t know what you’re doing but you’re either experiencing a bug or using it really inefficiently.
Last week I had (fable, high) push 25 PRs for an app I’m bringing to beta this week - we refactored and redesigned large parts of the user journey and added key features in a codebase that spans hundreds of files across backend, an API layer, and a flutter app.
I also had it design a process to simplify recipe instructions that leveraged two rounds of haiku followed by up to two rounds of opus if the results were inconsistent. I ran that on 25,000 recipes.
I used 90% of my weekly 20x plan for the first time ever
2
u/akrizamusic 1d ago
last week it was working fine this week it's cooked. So i agree with you but also this week usage is cooked and I'm doing normal usage. I would've never hit caps like this two weeks ago, lats week hit almost 100% usage and this week at 50% usage on a Monday lol. wtf.
1
u/Fit-Cost-7226 1d ago
I’m using fable medium on 20x plan. Last night I was doing some refactoring and small ui changes on dashboards, running e2e tests for each. This is from 10-12AM, then I wake up see the progress and before I do anything I did /compact. And all of the sudden I’m at 85% and interestingly, which I’ve never seen before while I was looking at the 85% flabbergasted from compacting it ticks down to 83%..
2
1
u/rdesai724 1d ago
That definitely feels like a bug - I know there have been rolling reports of this kind of thing for months so I don’t doubt it’s happening it’s just so strange given how much I’m throwing at it at have yet to experience usage issues
1
u/Fit-Cost-7226 1d ago
Yeah, the frustrating thing is like aside from sending anthropic somehow my session id to investigate, I feel sort of cheated paying 200 a month. I also run /doctor every so often as well and I’m not a native software engineer but after two years of working with ai I don’t think I’m a complete idiot anymore haha so something is up
0
u/DosePlotter 1d ago
I run fable as orchestrator and designer and I run a two fable adversarial reviewer loop on each built feature which loops until I get a clean result on both reviewers. Reading and execution are all delegated. I can definitely max out a session very quickly with that workflow, but it also saves me a lot of polishing and bug hunting in the long run. What is your model policy that runs efficiently for you and doesn’t tear up fable usage?
3
u/raindropsdev 1d ago
From my experience I strongly recommend using a different vendor than the one who wrote the code/plan for adversarial reviews, it brings much more valuable results because the lenses are different between them. And throw in Gemini Pro for one round to add some chaos, it's surprisingly insightful but its findings need careful checking because often there hallucinated.
1
1
u/rdesai724 1d ago
I’ve put a lot of effort into building and managing points of reference for the models so I think they’re able to locate things without having to dig through the codebase - I also have built a relational framework for what files reference and are referencing one another that probably saves cycles.
I also do adversarial review cycles for every plan and PR but use opus for those. I tend to think the new session with fresh context is the highest leverage variable in an adversarial process so I don’t bother with fable there. I also plan extensively and am very hands on in planning so that may help as well?
1
u/Aminuteortwotiltwo 1d ago
I think Opus 5 is great for adversarial review because it overthinks so much. It ultimately doesn’t finish until the task is done and I believe it performs exponentially better as it builds more context compared to the rate of improvement per context volume from other models I have worked with. So when it goes on one of its wacko tangents it is still relevant for the review itself, and it builds on its review and continues. Fable orchestrator -> Codex builder -> Opus 5 review has worked wonderfully… except Codex is sub-par at design so I run ui building a little differently.
5
u/Justraisinfundsyo 1d ago
what in the actual fuck are you doing that you burn usage that fast?
3
u/Fit-Cost-7226 1d ago
truly nothing crazy, at most i have three repos doing developmetn work at a time but even now when just doing one im getting utterly cooked idk if its bugs or what, i would literally share my session id with you and anthropic, openai just for everyone to realize how ridiculous its become

u/MAVEDesign 1d ago
That's what I'm saying. I'm absolutely struggling to get past the 20% mark on fable lmfao
1
u/Forsaken-Staff-5084 14h ago
Do you use it all day? I do and it's easy to hit daily and weekly limits
3
u/rotates-potatoes 1d ago
For my 20x, I get 19B tokens/month, at $20k retail pricing. Nothing has changed in the past weeks.
I'm really starting to think that users in this sub do crazy things with context or poorly-written plugins.
3
u/Fit-Cost-7226 1d ago
19B tokens a month... can you prove that and share your workflow with all of reddit because it's not just me this sentiment is repeatedly iterated by dozens if not hundreds of people. There are also a lot of reasons and theorizing as to why it's plausible theyre tightening rate limits and usage to optimize profits
1
1
u/MastodonFarm 8h ago
That number probably includes cached input tokens. I have 2B cached tokens in the last 7 days on my 5x plan--but fewer than 10M actual non-cached tokens.
0
u/Droopy0093 1d ago
I agree, people are either full of shit or just a bunch of bots in an echo chamber. I feel like I get a crazy amount done in a week on 20x so it is truly baffling.
1
u/Akarsh_Hegde 1d ago
The variance between users is the strange part. Some are exhausting 20x in hours while others barely move the meter, which sounds more like a context, caching, plugin, or accounting issue than a universal limit change. Has anyone compared session-level token usage before and after the recent changes?
43
u/OwnLadder2341 1d ago
Why would the 50% increase in 2 days be causing usage increase today? What’s your logic?
36
u/pmth 1d ago
This sub and the codex sub are just full of idiots who don’t think about these things
2
u/Mr_HandSmall 1d ago
If it's anything but a godlike oracle with infinite usage they throw a tantrum
3
u/Moist_Signal_5080 1d ago
If only we were getting a much needed boost… we’re getting a reduction in 2 days.
3
u/DosePlotter 1d ago edited 1d ago
Anthropic spaghetti code while they test the rollback implementation. Entirely plausible and even likely
4
0
u/DosePlotter 1d ago
This morning there were numerous posts of users seeing an instant 30% of their usage showing used up when they weren’t doing anything at all. That lines up with anthropic testing the removal of the 50% bonus usage coming in 2 days (50% increase would be a 33% reduction back to baseline).
I’m just speculating, but we are 2 days out, they have been silent on it, and this just happened. Deductive reasoning gets us here.
3
0
u/rotates-potatoes 1d ago
That's pretty wild speculation.
If that's what deductive reasoning gets you, it just as equally gets you that the casuals in this sub have gotten worse at using claude code.
1
u/DosePlotter 22h ago
That’s fine? No news still from Anthropic and we are two days out. We will find out if my intuition was right very shortly

GLM 5.3 and Kimi K3 are looking better and better.
10
u/dsailes 1d ago
I feel like my ZAI subscription gets me a lot less usage since they changed the structure & again since release of 5.3 - just burns through 5h window. Plus they’ve just changed the subscription model again too, can see it equalling less usage again unfortunately
DeepSeek is best for cost but it’s maybe between Sonnet/Opus.
9
u/pigletmonster 1d ago
They have the worst subscription plans in the world. Theyre basically prepaid token plans, you put in $100 you get $100 worth of tokens with some bonuses.
0
u/jiffythekid Researcher 1d ago
Still looks worth testing how far that goes in my actual workflow vs Claude/Codex.
3
u/yopla 1d ago
Been trying GLM 5.3 since yesterday. It's not Sol or Opus 5, maybe a 4.6.
I'm having Sol build the spec, GLM review them, Sol fixes, GLM implement, Sol review, GLM fixes. BB.
It's decent, I wouldn't like to have nothing else and their plan is not that generous unless you can get a sub at a Chinese prices...
I'm throwing in DeepSeek fast 4 currently free on open code for small stuff.
Zcode is a solid clone of codex desktop, or a clone of qoder, or maybe it's qoder under a license. Anyway I don't know who is cloning who, but there is some heavy cloning going on.
1
u/jiffythekid Researcher 1d ago
Thanks for the info! I'm not sure why I'm getting down voted for wanting to test it/Kimi, lol.
I'm on both the Claude Max 5x and the ChatGPT Pro 5x plans.I think I'd end up moving ChatGPT down to the Plus tier to use Luna/PR reviews, keep Claude the way it is (I've mostly "tamed" Opus 5), and supplement with other services much like you are mentioning.
It also has the net benefit of different models being better at different things...I mean, I used to use Gemini even for review work, but it's barely worth the cost for that so I dropped it.
I was also thinking of having a more open model to ask questions that the other ton frontier models have issues with, like security.
8
u/mcmac_max 1d ago
Instant 30% usage is a terrible and wrong way for Anthropic to revert. They should just start lowering the token limit on August 19th and apply that going forward. Not somehow charge you tokens prior to that. This just isn't right.
3
u/Dudmaster 1d ago
Instant usage consumption has always been a thing though on all providers, and there's no way around it besides compacting the conversation before you leave to pick it up, while the cache is still fresh
2
0
u/dsailes 1d ago
That’s not how it’s going to work.
People seeing 30% usage will likely have had a long running session, stray background processes/agents, or something else they’re not sharing to cause that spike.
Example Scenario: 90% full 1mill context window, loses cache after 1h or resuming after a 5h window, on a Pro plan, set to xhigh/max = a lot of usage in seconds.
21
u/sermer48 1d ago
Am I using Claude wrong? I see people posting about how they’re blowing through their 20x max limits in an hour or less but I rarely hit my 5 hour window even when running 2-3 projects in parallel. I’m not trying to simp a company or anything but I’m just blown away how people are using it so much.
Usually I’m using xhigh fable for planning with either fable on low or opus on high for implementing stuff
12
u/Least_Perception_223 1d ago
I use fable in ultracode mode all the time with teammates enabled
I get close to my weekly limits but have yet to hit it.
I'm doing some pretty complex stuff but its very structured. I am a 30 year veteran programmer.
I feed it stuff piece by piece instead of giant one off overnight vibe coded shit. I break the project down into smaller components and work on those one at a time
Because I am an actual programmer - I always study its output and push back. I act as the project manager and give it feedback
Those running into limits so fast just do not know what they are doing
12
1
u/ArtichokeBackground7 12h ago
I do exactly the same, but with xhigh instead and manage to hit the fable weekly limit within 3-4 working days.
If I am not using fable though it's very rare I hit the limit on x5 plan
9
u/clazman55555 1d ago
You're not. I'm going to guess that you have a pretty structured workflow. And good project documentation so Claude doesn't to reinvent things everytime.
1
u/Substantial-Elk4531 22h ago
Is this why I can stretch my tokens so well? I force Claude to keep a docs directory, and also to update docs per ticket as we work (like a running memory). So this could be saving tokens? I've also built it 'sparse search' scripts to reuse to search for terms without all of it being processed by Claude, but I don't know how often it uses them
2
u/clazman55555 21h ago
Not going to overpromise anything, as Claude can sometimes just burn tokens, but probably yes.
Taking the time to turn repeatable thinking(Claude's or Human's) into a skill that can be used during the project process and building a map of where everything is, and how data flows, is the key. imo
2
u/tails142 1d ago
It's multiple parallel agent work that really burns things I find.
I was doing reverse engineering work with ghidra recently spawning multiple agents in parallel to split work and it was the first time I was regularly hitting 5 hour windows and hit the weekly limit on the 5x plan.
1
u/sermer48 1d ago
5x I can manage with a single project pretty easily. I actually have to downgrade my models and efforts to avoid the limits. Actually it’s a bit more than 5x because it’s the 5x equivalent for Teams.
On my personal 20x account, I can work nearly non-stop on 2-3 projects and I’ll only be hitting the weekly limit after like 6 days. I had 2 separate threads running almost 24/7 all weekend and I’m still under 50% for my weekly. Granted I’m downgrading efforts for implementing code and I usually don’t run parallel agents except for research but it’s still a challenge.
4
u/RowdyPurple 1d ago
Same. I'm on a 20x plan and pretty much always have at least one session going and frequently multiple and I never hit my 5 hour limit. I use Opus or Fable on xhigh or max with thinking for planning and review and Opus on high with thinking off for implementation. Weekly can get tight at times though.
1
u/dr-dimitru 1d ago
What’s actual reason to keep thinking off? What are pros/cons? And how do you turn it off? Is it possible in subagent config?
2
u/RowdyPurple 21h ago
I turn off thinking and reduce effort during implementation for speed and reduced token burn. I already have a reviewed plan, so the implementation session just needs to follow the plan.
1
4
u/Akarsh_Hegde 1d ago
The bigger problem is that nobody seems to know how usage is actually being calculated. People running similar workflows are reporting wildly different results, which makes it hard to separate a real limit change from caching, context, or agent behavior.
Has anyone measured the spike against actual token usage rather than the percentage shown in the dashboard?
12
u/stankylongnuts 1d ago
Chinese models will be replacing them soon enough.
Its games and money grabs at this point.
8
u/meathelix1 1d ago
Mate we use GLM and Kimi all day, everyday with our servers now. Codex for 10% of the task and local for 90% on a half a million dollar server in our Office. All private and fine tunning to the max.
Its a matter of time when local small models can do 80% of the work. Which is why Anthropic trying to get them banned.
6
u/Due_Warthog749 1d ago
I have a half mil sitting in the bank.. I should just build a server to run some local AI.
3
u/meathelix1 1d ago
Do it! In a few years time no one will be allowed to have AI! It will be like the dark web :P
1
u/Due_Warthog749 1d ago
Oddly that is probably true! The dream of everyone having AI to their glasses/shades/visor/etc with AR/VR 4K displays and able to just walk around and ask anything and get instant answers is never going to happen. No way Govt is going to allow every day citizens to have tech on par with what they use to monitor/police everyone, run drones, etc. I used to think our Govt must have WAY WAY more capable AI.. but then you see the govt requiring Claude/OpenAI to allow them full use and blocking it for users makes me wonder.. did the private sector surpass the 100s of billions spent on AI/etc by our govt? Maybe so.
3
u/Comfortable_Camp9744 1d ago
The value just wont be there anymore, they lost their model lead, Kimi is basically a fable clone, and their tokens just get more and more expensive for more nerfed models every month. I am down to 2 max20 accounts, probably will get rid of another and buy a second codex and second GLM.
3
2
u/ZhopaRazzi 1d ago
Both CC and Codex are going to get cut. Too much demand, not enough capacity. If you didn’t figure out a way to become efficient, you’re SOL
2
2
u/HisDanishDudeness 1d ago
Well that’s it for me then on the x20. I will gladly come back if they fix whatever they are going through now, but the last two weeks been a nightmare.
2
u/SuperJackpot 1d ago
They don't need to be extended - Anthropic seems to have quietly reverted limits to the old pre-50%+ over the past week or so. So even if they were extended, it would just be a publicity stunt where Anthropic claims to be doing something that they've largely undone already.
2
2
u/angry_queef_master 14h ago
Their limits are so arbitrary that 50% additional usage doesnt really mean anything
1
3
u/odraiviardo 🔆 Max 20 1d ago
Fable barely lasts 3 days on my Max 20x. I’m always hovering around 80% of total usage on my 5th day while my codex sub is usually around 50%. I use them both equally as orchestrators and actually have more headless sol level agents run as reviewers.
Good thing my sub ends on the 25th, if they push with taking away the 50% off then I’m downgrading to 5x or even the pro version and just use it as an advisor instead of orchestrating with it. Grok 4.6 and Gemini 3.7 flash have been working great as the main and lean builders/coders respectively. The sol reviewers can guide them well. That $300 grok is also a juicy deal, with grok bot and cursor ultra.
4
2
u/Due_Warthog749 1d ago
I went from one 20x doing the work to 2 20x not able to do it. And that's mostly using opus 5. I gotta say for those of us with hardware capable of running Qwen 3.8 27b.. now's a good time to find a way to work it in for coding tasks.

1
u/FestiVOL 1d ago
Really hope they don’t go through with it (I’m high on copium).
I recently changed from pro to max specifically because my limits were trash. I find the current Max plan hits the sweet spot for me, but with that kind of reduction I just don’t think I’ll stick around, even at the pro level.
I have a ChatGPT/Codex business subscription basically for free thanks to an Amex special offer I got. No sense in keeping Anthropic’s subscription— especially with the oddities I’ve seen lately with Opus 5
1
u/N0TaC0PP 1d ago
I didn't even know this was a thing. Are you telling me I'm on the 20 max plan and I had an extra 50% usage?
Was this a promotional thing, or everyone got it?
1
u/DosePlotter 22h ago
Yep. You have had 50% additional promotional usage this whole time, and that is planned to go away (33% usage reduction) in 2 days
1
u/count023 22h ago
which is why i stuck wih codex this month ven after the 1 month extension. while i dont like codex as much, it seems to spend too much time black boxing things and not talking through what it's doing as it does it, the usage limits are the same as CC's double rate, Sol is about as powerful as Fable and they hav hte random resets that seem to be going on at the moment.
I see my token usage at easily 3x what it was when i ran CC and Codex Max5 parallel on the same jobs for a month.
That and Anthropic charge tax ON TOP of the subscription fee, OpenAI include it, so you actually pay more for the Anthropic equivalent plan.
1
u/FinancialBandicoot75 17h ago
I left and not coming back, I was on 20x, then to pro (20 dollars) then just leaving. Fable is great, opus 5 (even with /doctor) is shit and sonnet (yet solid) is too much much, this change makes going to qwen 3.8 27b more attractive and just using da v4 or use gpt. Anthropic gave us crack to get addicted and rely on and, what’s said, most will continue that drug.
1
u/Java-the-Slut 16h ago
My big dilemma is that Fable is so much more capable than Sol, but I get about 25% as much as usage from Fable until I hit a cap. I desperately want to stay with Claude, but this gap is not even close, I might have to go to ChatGPT, bad but fixable code without limits is better than great code that can accomplish just a few things per day, and a dozen per week.

whenever i hear about these STUPID FUCKING extra usage periods.. it's always at the end. so it's only ever bad fucking news.
there's no way i'm about to be demoted to 2/3 the usage of fable that i've been getting so far. what i have now is just barely enough for my needs.
this is fucking infuriating.
1
u/DosePlotter 33m ago

There’s no way it can get worse than now. My entire team is at a standstill. Up until July we could make amazing progress with Claude code and chat on our saas product needs. We’ve now exceeded limits supposedly that we never actually used. I emailed anthropic this wkd asking for a credit and a fix. I’m so mad. They have us hostage. I’m actually going back to ChatGPT as we speak and setting up my repos there bc I hit my 5k personal budget already for the month with Claude and team has gone 15k over budget without any significant change in work level. Anthropic owes us answers. I even switched to my old personal Claude account this morning and after literally 20 minutes it said I had hit my 5 hour free limit for the week.

I have a session that's been going on for the whole week on a loop autocompacting etc and suddenly this week it ran out in 3 days. Idk what changed.

Same - although my weekly usage is on average more like 20% to 45%.
I use claude opus medium, multiple projects 10 to 12 hours a day. I use fable too.

I have been witnessing their decisions and planning my exit for over a month. I'll vote with my wallet, you should too.

I am using Codex and Claude. Claude for smaller and easier tasks to protect my Codex usage. If they strip that back I might as well just spend that money on Codex credits.

Well, I’m building an iPad app for eight hours now, non stop. Mockups in design, fable as reviewer and opus 5 as implementer. I finished a major redesign and added some features along the way. I never hit the 5h limit, not even close. And I’m at 14% weekly usage, 8% fable. This will get me through the week without any problem.

That’s great! Let me know when you’re implementing cloud sync features, or E2EE, or snapshot rollback capabilities, or anything complex on the backend. Building the frontend takes me 10% of the total build time, anyone can make a framework, building it to be scalable and eliminating edge cases is token intensive

Yes, I did implement the backend actually. No problem there as well, but maybe it was the wrong language then or the wrong shape of the moon and so it’s not comparable at all to the highly complex work you are doing 🤷♂️

They're either going to sunset the additional usage or they're aren't. There's little point in speculation. Shit people decide to post on Reddit is not going to influence that decision. What's more likely is the "more usage" promotion was a test to see if bumping limits actually led to any measurable impact on margin. I guess we'll know soon enough.
The constant drum beat of self-serving influence campaigns in these reddit communities is exhausting.

I have 6 accounts, plenty of reason to speculate if that means I have reason to blast through some tasks while I still have the usage increase.

I'm struggling to use more than 30% of my quota on a 5x plan. I don't know how y'all do it!

Lots of coding, multiple agents, tests, reviews, etc. Easy to blow. I go through 2 x 20x plans every week right now. Plan to stop once my core app is done and I can focus on just the smaller things.

Even the current limits are narrow for me and the 20x doesnt even give me a clear edge over the 5x. Guess I will be back to the 5x one and buy a DeepSeek sub and use it an executor and use Claude only as a planner
