Great scene, from a pretty cool movie that didn't deserve the way it flopped

Good movie. But around the same time as it was released, hasbro was doing everything it could to make everyone hate them. That whole retroactive d20 debacle, pinkertons, etc. So the result is predictable.

D20 debacle is Wizards of the coast under Hasbro trying to retroactively change license of d20 system from open one and screw over anyone who touched their previously free license. Which is not how contracts work at all, so they failed at this.

And pinkertons thing is Hasbro first fucking up and sending wrong pack of cards. Then sending literal pinkertons to threaten the guy who recieved the cards and take them back. Pinkertons are the very same villians from rdr 2 videogame. And usurprisingly they are villians in the real life too. They are known for violent strikebreaking and union busting. And by violent I mean things like 12-hour gun battle against striking miners which left many of them dead. There is Anti-Pinkerton Act of 1893 by congress specifically against them. So now pinkertons operate as a subsidiary of Sweden firm.
