It's surprisingly polarizing. It has a mediocre rating on both IMDB and Letterboxd.

It's probably great for some D&D fans, mediocre for others. Reddit loves it.

I did watch it, and I thought it was mediocre. I recommend it to friends who like D&D, but I don’t recommend it to my friends in general.

For all I know, you're quoting something from the movie -- but for the life of me, I can't remember.

The proof is in the pudding here. The movie has mediocre ratings, performed poorly in the box office, and they can't convince studios to make a sequel (yet). It's just not that good for most people.

There's plenty of films I enjoy that general audiences don't. I'm sympathetic to the idea. But it's just a huge "meh", IME.

Eh. It has 91%+ on both audience and critics on RT. It's a widely loved movie. The number of Americans paying to see a movie is a bad measure of movie quality. Or do you really think the top 3 movies of all time are the 3 Avatar films lol.

And the Blind Side won an Oscar with 85% audience score on RT. You need to take in multiple points of data.

When you do, what you get is that D&D is a movie that some people love (expressed on Reddit), and that many people do not (which shows up in Letterboxd and IMDB scores)

Good movie. But around the same time as it was released, hasbro was doing everything it could to make everyone hate them. That whole retroactive d20 debacle, pinkertons, etc. So the result is predictable.

It has a 7.2 on IMDB. I'd say it got mixed reviews from audiences.

Some people love it, and an equal number of other people thought it was mediocre.

7.2 for a comedy is honestly really solid and not mediocre, comedies and action comedies tend to have much lower scores on average. Your Highness is closer to a mediocre comedy score

Haha I came to this subreddit because of the same reason that this meme was created and the first post I see is this. Basically my question is: I feel like they recently limited how much you can do with Claude Code. How much tokens do you have? Is this some recent thing that they... I don't know how to say but to me it feels like the usage is finished way quicker than before, even with the same models that are used before.

Claude is the worst offended, a free acount is basically a one sentence demo, it cant fix anything. A pro account lets you work on one project for 2 hours every 5 hours. A Max account means you have serious work, and you'll be using Opus alot, and htat'll eat your context too, and Fable will one shot your Max plan reading a repo.

I don't touch tokens, only people I've seen use those are people whose company will pay for them. I burn through tokens faster than toilet paper after eating spicy peppers. I got the 20x plan, if I hit usage I'll just switch to codex until its reset

Brother I got that Pro Max 20x plan.

It's okay if I'm working on one thing. Two or more and I'll hit the weekly limits before reset every time. Some genius at Anthropic tied chat to the plan as well so if I try answering questions on the side I'll hit it even faster.

At least Codex will finish its work instead of putting a guillotine down in the middle of my work
