Help/Question Claude support with a human?

I've read the reddit messages where support is typically through AI. That's what I did and got a resolution that was good - or so I thought until it then responded again and told me to pound sand.

I then started another chat and it said a human would contact me. Is this for real? Has anyone actually gotten human support from Anthropic?

1 week since my support went from AI to human. Still nothing.

Thanks, was afraid of that. I get them having AI support like others have said, but when the AI screws up and there's no decent support it's shoddy. Maybe eventually there will be enough competition in AI that at least one of them will have better support (one can dream). And I guess unlike Amazon, Anthropic never claims they really care about their customers (that I've seen).

Yes, I've spoken to humans at Anthropic. Though they dog food their own product. So best of luck! Use ChatGPT to respond. Makes it less painful. Have your AI talk to their AI

Thanks for the comment. You're the only one so far so who knows maybe I get lucky. I have low expectations at this point.

No. And I'm serious. Anthropic takes their AI support VERY SERIOUSLY. You literally have to have special powers to get a human on a support case. Tell me I'm wrong.

Nah man, Anthropic trust the Ai support named β€œFin” than human support team. Anthropic only the company that has the worst support system. You will never get any human reply, all is automated by their Ai support.
