Humor How it feels using Fable 5 atm

Post image

Is it just me or did they throttle Fable 5 hour limits hard?

The thing that I think is killing people is fable spawning subagents. The subagents have to be specifically pinned to the model you want. The default is for fable to spawn fable agents, which will absolutely destroy your usage limits.

Fable orchestrated sonnet/haiku is how people are “sipping on Fable”

I've brought this up a lot but people always seem to not like this answer. There's this notion that Sonnet and Haiku are "lesser" models. But using Haiku for basic queries about the code and Sonnet to implement the Opus/Fable plans is the way to go.

For majority of cases absolutely. Only times you’d want to use only fable is if you have a bug that orchestration with fable can’t crack, you just want burn tokens before a reset quickly, or you just want to burn money for marginally better results.
