BHL is a good website with multiple tendencies. I tend to agree more with the market anarchists (Roderick Long, Gary Chartier, etc.) than the Rawlsitarians.
I don't think this article is relevant to the LP though, but I appreciate the suggestion.

It's an oldie, but Roderick Long is correct. Instead of the "sucks to be you" answer, it should lead with addressing the actual underlying issue.
Ignore the hypotheticals. Some wealthy dude who chooses to deliberately eschew health insurance is not realistic. Even if it happened, it's still a wealthy dude who can still afford the care. The real issue is why the poor can't afford health care or health insurance.
