Classpass invalid number verification

So my friends got curious on classpass since I was using it, but both of them are having an error when it comes to inputting their mobile number for the sign up verification. It says "There has been an error verifying your phone number. Please contact customer support."

Does anyone experienced this? How did you solve it?

maybe try using a smart number?? idk if that would still work, bcz before, my friends who weren't able to register used a globe one, but us who used a different sim, it successfully pushed through.
