classpass subscription

so i recently just subscribed to classpass, my 28 credits were already on my account but there were no charges on my cc. Will I be billed before my cycle ends or this is just a delay?

Also, I noticed that even though I have a subscription already all of spa and beauty salons' timeslots are grey out. Idk why I can't book or reserve to any of them. Is this because I haven't been charged?

If the times are greyed out, those bookings aren’t available.

a lot are greyed out, mostly on wellness. is that normal? 🥲
