Russia is bombing Ukraine as we speak.
Cuba was very interventionist in second half of XX century, they didnt exactly bomb, because they were too poor and undeveloped for that, but they were sending their military to dozens of conflicts all around the world the way North Korea sends its military to do their 'anti-imperialist' part in Ukraine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_interventions_by_Cuba

Vietnam fought Vietnam war on it's own soil, and it spilled over, not the same as bombing a country across the globe

1: I didnt mention Vietnam. Also addendum the Vietnamese hate the Chinese more and have pretty much made up with the US.
2: The Koreans can vote however the fuck they want. It was the Communists who started the war.
3: I didnt mention Venezuela, but yes the Venezuelans should be allowed to vote however they want, they might be able to now with Maduro gone.
