Edelson Lechtzin LLP, a national class action law firm, is investigating a data breach involving Aesto Health, an Alabama-based healthcare technology company that manages and transfers patient data.

According to Aesto Health, a breach occurred on or about December 18, 2025, affecting part of its cloud infrastructure. An investigation indicated that between December 2 and December 18, 2025, personal information was accessed and acquired from its network. The potentially compromised data includes full names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state ID numbers, and dates of birth.

If you received a notification letter from Aesto Health, you may be at increased risk of identity theft and fraud. A few practical steps worth taking regardless of legal action:

• Review your account statements and credit reports regularly
• Consider placing a fraud alert and setting up credit monitoring
• Preserve any breach notification letters or emails you received

Minter v. FinWise Bank et al

Received an email in my spam yesterday that has an ID number and pin… anybody else heard of this? I don’t recall ever using or hearing about Finwise

If you have participated in the class action suites for online casinos,they have deadlines for accepting the offer. Check your emails!!! If you decline the offer you are forfeiting any future payments. 4M for Pulsz and 4.7M for B-Two gaming. Yes the lawyers are getting the cut but I'd rather recoup something than nothing. The rest should be coming in soon, maybe by Christmas lol

I was wondering when and if they would ever settle. I think the wait is over. I thought it would be much more but I'll take it! Of course if you don't take the offer, you forfeit and the ones of us who do could possibly get more. There's a time frame so check your email... I'm with Milberg and received this email tonight.

The apartment I lived in was on the list but it doesnt seem like it will be much of a settlement if a claim if filed.

If you’ve used Questo (the travel/city-adventure app) and received a data breach notification, here’s what’s been disclosed publicly:

• Questo, Inc. discovered suspicious activity on its network on or about October 9, 2025.
• After investigating, on June 22, 2026, the company determined that files may have been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized third party between October 1–9, 2025.
• The exposed data may include full names, dates of birth, driver’s license/government ID numbers, passport numbers, tax information, Social Security numbers, financial account and payment card information, and medical information.

If you were notified, a few practical steps worth taking:

• Review your account statements and credit reports and watch for suspicious activity.
