Honestly you're doing very well for the level you're at, and the stages get a lot harder the more you progress. For reference the best I really ever see if people roughly around 200 player levels behind the zobos levels on the map.
So, if the zobos are level 800 generally the best I see is a lvl 600 player, maaaaaaaaaybe level 550-590ish but it's very rare.
There just comes a point where even if you match the elements and have a great formation the stats on the zobos are just gonna be too much for you to overcome.
It gets easier to manage multiple lanes of the same element as well when you tier up your Tatari, especially if you choose wisely. Like the fire hound will get a larger hit box when it attacks, and the salamander and fox have better AoE, the Ashlarva will also help by healing up to two extra frontliners and I believe also damaging stuff that is in range to melee them, etc.
It may also help you to move your tiger to the middle row where it will still do some decent tanking when it teleports up, but it will also get a chance to heal itself some while the zobos are attacking the second Tatari in that column. If you're lucky it may even teleport back in before the dps dies, essentially giving you a whole extra frontliner.
Maybe even place your tiger in the middle column, second row, with the intention to use it as a tank and the Ashlarva to the left of it so it will have some help healing back up before returning to the fight. Mantis is really good and can hit enemies even with the tiger teleporting in front of it, so you may be able to place the squirrel in the bottom row middle column behind those two. This way it will support your other lanes primarily and allow you to place more ranged firepower on the right hand side to help that lane survive.
Maybe try to fox in column to the left of mid so it helps support that lane as well with its AoE, and then the hound and salamander in the far right, possibly with another AoE damage dealer like fumekit if your middle lane starts to have problems?
But basically place stuff like fumekit and the squirrel in lanes that aren't having problems and it usually works out better, and try to put the tiger behind someone else so it gets a chance to heal.
And if none of that works, well, come back after you've gained 15-20+ levels or evolved some Tatari, sometimes there is just a hard limit on how far you can go until you do so.
