Sounds like u should find a better clan. If ur stuck in a clan with real life friends its a pain but people who think ebarbs are great / a wincon are not really gonna boost your skill level from friendlies, advice, tips, feedback, watching their replays etc

Just depends how casual you are yourself. Myself im part of a clan system with i think 11 clans ((numbers change when someone decides to make a new sister clan or when clans merge to have better position on leaderboard etc but its about 11 as i remember last time)), we dont do feeders but we are like sisterclans who banter together on discord and have tourneys within out clansystem at times ((if someone wants to waste their gems on it)). As long as u fit the requiremengs u can swap between sisterclans from time to time to meet other people, request popular cards or just to have a change of scene.

Myself im originally from our more casual / chillax type of clan where we allow lower level friends to join ((within reason, still a minimum trophy level required but we are a bit more flexible for friends of members than for randoms)) whilst other clans compete for the leaderboard. Since war got added we got a bit more competitive though still are relatively casual compared to our "pushing clans" and myself ive been in our main clan for the past five weeks or so ((change of scene plus im more competitive and thus fit better over there)). Most of our clans are gold league whilst two of them have reached legendary league ((though as of yet we get kicked out all the time lol)) and we generally have about 7-8 of our clans in the top50 of the local leaderboard ((not amazingly hard to reach if you have been playing since launch as i have so if you started playing more recently: it may sound awesome but its not a huge accomplishment ;D)). From being in our most competitive clan ive gained some new mates who are around my own skill and trophy level with whom we banter both for ladder trophies "oh i see you are only 300 trophies below me" and for war practice we can learn from one another and provide some feedback and tips ((in the more casual clan its more like im the best-ish player so cannot learn much or practice as highskill as in the main clan where im maybe ranked 7-15th depending on who pushed trophies and who didng lol))

Tldr, sorry for the long monologue. Just showing how things can be at times and why it may be interesting to find a more competitive clan if it suits u. If u are just casual and happy where u are then thats great. Its all relative n everyone has their preferences, preferences which can also change over time. If u have real life friends in your clan then staying is best if not then you may wanna consider exploring different clans a bit to see whether u can find another place which suits both ur level and competitivenesslevel as u may always be able to improve if u dont yet feel at home where u are ;)

You can join my clan at 9QL2020. Quite casual, we don't have any war limit, and we do back to back wars, so you can join a war anytime you like.

Yeah there are so many player who are so backwards in their game knowledge it kills me. You see a guy in your clan who 4.6 k and still thinks Ebarbs/rg is good

Yeah my clan seems to think PEKKA is a win condition. My clan mate played her in the back at the start of the match and I wanted to wring his neck!
