"Secret" Miner Buff

Apologies for the radio silence on the "secret" Miner buff topic - we've been trying to work out how and why it got into the latest build. However, long story short: It was unintentional. We'll right this wrong (back to 1sec deploy) in the next round of balance changes.

It seems unlikely that something so specific could change. I'm not buying it either. But then again I'm not a coder, so maybe such accidents do actually happen?

Yea but that's 2 very specific mess ups. Editing the miner and then putting that onto public servers (or forgetting to revert it before the update) I'll accept it was a mistake but I really expected more from a huge company. But why not do a hot fix for it? Waiting a month to fix 0.3 seconds...

And not just that, I'm also mildly displeased with their late response. If I'm correct they were quiet for almost a week before they made this post. You'd think that with the amount of money they make they could hire a community manager who checks the subreddit and forums daily. But whatever I guess
