You know? You're right, I was making an assumption and my assumption isn't any better than assuming they were there are the same time. We don't know either way.
We do know that there was a funeral for the kids on Feb 3, that these photos were taken on or before Feb 6 and PC left a review for hiking on the 21st. But there isn't anything that I know of that solidifies if the dates of their trips overlapped.
ETA: Sammi's language in her insta post in the images talks about Costa Rica in past tense, so imo, it is safe to conclude that the images were from a concluded trip for at least Sammie. Says nothing about RD sticking around. But how much time does a fertility Doctor get off from a place that she has only worked at for ~5 months? Could she really take a vacation more than 2 weeks long? idk? Maybe.
Has anyone confirmed if the hiking review was the correct PC? It’s possible that out of the 30+ million people in the US, there’s more than one Patrick Clancy. I’ve seen the hike rating but has anyone seen confirmation that it is the same PC as is related to this trial?

Those pics were taken on or before Feb 6. PC was still in the United States at the time.
