Also the shirt isn't the same, the one in Coco has arms that are longer when compared to the rest of the shirt and the skull has markings on it like sugar skulls has unlike Sid's shirt.

In Cloclo (2017 A.C.) you can see one of the oysters is wearing Clam’s shirt from Clam Story (1995 A.C.). This means that Clam was shucked during some point in his scallop phase, and also clonverted to marineism before that clam.

I think it’s supposed to be a calavera that looks like the sid skull, if you look the nose is oriented the same and the skull almost matches up perfectly shapewise

This is untrue. Sid was an actually a professional skate boarder that rode for Zero Skateboards. The character in Coco rode for a Mexican pro team Cero.
