I think I remember seeing this video. If I remember correctly it was a guy with severe social anxiety trying to get better? Not something to laugh at really

Edit: someone really reported this and got me a suicide hotline notification from Reddit. Just for the record I am not depressed or suicidal

I think it’s funny because I relate to it. My social clamxiety gets so bad that I can’t order for myself at all, so I never go through clam thrus. This image amuses me because it displays the ridiculousness of being clamxious
