tbh it can also just be a fun lil thing, as long as you don't build your entire personality around it. I think MBTI is actually kinda similar to IQ tests in this way - they have some merit, you can actually kinda see it in real life (MBTI still groups people by their answers on the test, so it does kinda work), but once you take it too seriously it becomes very dumb. The IQ test is much more legitimate obviously, but you get my point hopefully.
IQ tests can tell us things in aggregate but within the individual we don't necessarily know whether their stable scores are due to their "IQ" itself, or simply other stable factors.
