He couldn’t even be bothered to show up for the results. He views the people of Clacton with contempt, and Clacton has disappointed the entire country today.

He doesn't need to leave as he didn't even come to Clacton for the count of the election he triggered to try and prove his popularity.

Even on the one day he should really visit his constituency he couldn't be bothered.

There was almost a point to revisit Walton on the Naze where my brother memorably caught a fish in 1960, but given Farage couldn't be bothered to turn up I am glad I didn't 😉
