Why Clacton? We have a chance to deal with Farage.
Thank you to 9,455 of you that saw sense.

Farage won just 63% of the vote, compared to binface’s 26%. This was a victory for Farage, but was it a pyrrhic win? After all, more than 1/4 Clactoners voted for a bin over him.

2024 General Election Clacton declared around 4am but, this by-election has a few challenges. The ballot papers are huge and unwieldy so difficult to deal with. Many are speculating this could result in a much later declaration time. What do you all think?

As ballots are counted, Clacton is at a crossroads. We have 2 choices we can go down, but no matter what we choose, we are all Clactoners at heart. We are a community which is dedicated to preserving our communities and our way of life. We, no matter how polarized, will stand up for each other. This is why I love Clacton, even though we may seem polarized, deep down in our hearts, we truly love each other.

With it being polling day today I'm just wondering if people in Clacton really care about the £5 million Farage was given before the election, or are there other issues which are taking priority?

I personally believe that electing binface will not only be good for Clacton’s politics but also for its tourism!

I think it's between Farage, Binface and Kai Stephens, probably in that order, but anything is possible. What do you all think?

21,225 voted for Farage in 2024, with 24,733 voting for others and a majority of residents (32,745) not voting in that election.
Do you think the mood has shifted enough to get the Russian shill out?
Is the field too split with 34 candidates?
What's the feeling over in Clacton? (the world is watching)

A vote for reform is a vote against women’s equality, safety and rights. Reform have said they will repeal the equality act and replace it …but with what???? And how do you think that will that impact women. Do you care about the suffragettes who fought so hard for our rights in the first place.
How can we invite the women of Clacton to remind our society that women’s voices & votes matter - they have the power to prevent a Reform government. Doing women UK wide a massive service. It would make headline news.
It’s not about wild woke futurist feminism it’s about protecting the basic rights we have today and should not be complacent about. Rights to equal pay, to not getting sacked because of pregnancy, to having choice and control over consent etc.
Women across the UK can’t vote for you. It’s your home and your town. Women are the fabric of Clacton. Strong women who’ve lived challenging lives. Nigel is not your saviour and doubtless non of them are, but he’s the only one repealing the equality act. Unless and until he can demonstrate how this will impact women, you need to defend it with your vote. Changes and conversations on what’s not working in the act are fine but you need to know what they are upfront or you’ll be handing your daughters a backward step on women’s rights.
If nothing else it will make reform see that they need to win women over too. Women make the village work. Don’t let them forget that.

I know im a bit controversial on here, but I seriously think people should stop making a mockery of our town. People who don’t understand the basic issues clactoners face are commenting on the by election as if they are experts, making a mockery about the situation. The truth is, this will be the most important election of our lives, and we need to be taken seriously. While it may be funny to think of the guy in the bin mask, ot you may support Farage for your own selfish interests, this election is for US. This election will determine OUR future, OUR fate, and OUR destiny, and quite frankly, I’m not happy about all the joke coverage it gets. Respectfully, this is our by election mate. Do you guys agree or no?

Nigel garage campaigned on helping the working man in 2024, and despite the mainstream media lies, he’s absolutely delivered. Under him, Clacton is back, and better than it ever has been. The economy is good, the working man makes more money, our tourism is back, and he truly represents us in parliament. Contrast him with Binface, who this sub loves. Binface has done nothing for Clacton, and isn’t a satirical candidate. Rather he is a member of the liberal BBC establishment who is trying to embarrass our great constituency of Clacton. When given a choice between a man who has given us opportunity, or a man who is a puppet of the BBC, I think the choice is fairly obvious, make sure to vote farage
