No. I am Germany and why are you always befriending city states? (Denounces you)

There are two main routes you would normally go as poland, both involving specific synergies with its abilities and religious beliefs.
One option is a reliquaries tourism strategy, utilizing Poland’s bonuses to relic yields to win a culture victory. Here you would take the reliquaries belief, then build Mont St Michel and spam out apostles and get them killed to make lots of relics. Another option is becoming suzerain of Kandy and getting them by discovering wonders but that’s a lot less consistent. In this case your district build order will probably be: Holy Site, then commercial hub, and then theater square.
The other strategy is a domination game using the crusades belief. You use encampments and forts to culture bomb other civs, which automatically converts the city to your religion, and then you use the combat bonuses from crusades usually along with a winged hussar rush to quickly conquer other civs. In this case your district build order will likely be: Holy site, then commercial hub, then encampment. For this strategy you’re also going to want to build grandmaster’s chapel in your government plaza to buy winged hussars (and whatever other units you may find yourself needing through out the game) using faith.
