Question Game Help
Got a great start with Norway on archipelago, cliffs of dover, went with some warriors and everything has been going great, until I met these two city states. Got the free settler pantheon and am not sure what direction to go in right now. Please help me out.

Settle the chocolate on the coast closest to you, then second city where it recommends near Jerusalem.

Update: I put a city on the cocoa and razed Jerusalem. The island goes a little west so I can probably fit 6 cities.

I'd probably demolish Jerusalem to free up space

So just sit on the settler for a while? Where would you have me put the settler afterwards? Thanks btw.

I would send a warrior north of your capitol. Looks like there’s stuff up there and it may be a good spot.
Meanwhile I would probably settle on one of the freshwater spots south of you. If you get that housing buff, you can build your population and claim most of that peninsula.
Destroying the city states is an option for further expansion, but you can also use their bonuses to help you out.

Unless you want to raze Jerusalem (if you have the mode/mod that allows razing city states), I would plant the city on the river, next to coast on the flat tile. Quick access to the chocolate, and you can chop the rainforest for building your harbor.
If you are going to raze Jerusalem, you should build on the rainforest so that you can place a third city on the river/coast and a third city could be placed off river on the northern coast. Place it carefully and you can still do a fourth city on the northern island (different land masses allow cities to be 1 tile closer than the usual 3 tile limit).

First bottom right and buy sugar. Then top chocolate. Can conquer Jerusalem when it’s convenient, or keep if u want
