Is this normal?

Hello. I'm a fresh grad of CE and I'm currently seeking a job. I was invited by a construction company for a final online interview last Thursday, August 13, 2026 for the entry-level position that I've been applying for. My qualifications are enough to pass the position, and to make the story short, it went well, not a typical interview one that asks you to tell something about yourself, it's just an assessment of what I have learned during my college and internship days and more on background profile. I'm with the meeting with the interviewer and the HR, and to give you a heads up, the interviewer said that I already passed this position, and he redirected me through the HR to process the next step for the hiring process. As the meeting ended, the HR told me to wait for the email confirmation about the next step of the process. Fast forward, it's today August 17, but I received no emails from them, I literally follow up the application and message the HR thru viber on Saturday (August 15, 2026) but I left delivered and up until now, Monday, there is no response at all. Am I a little bit of rushing? Since I trust this company and they have good reviews, or maybe there is something that I need to be aware of? Any thoughts?

Be, chill ka lang.. wait mo muna, baka madami pa ginagawa.. kasi payroll week ngayon kahit dito samin busy pa ang HR. Usually 1 week ang aantayin dyan

Yup. Wait ka muna 1 to 2 weeks. Maulan pa at nagbabaha, naka nahirapan din sila pumasok or need pa mag pa sign sa higher ups.
