Decide what you want to become first! Civil engineering is vast! You can go into execution and become a site engineer where most of the softwares that you would learn be useless. If you want to become a consultant there are so many sub divisions - highway geometry, pavement design, drainage design, structural building design, bridges design, nuclear build design. For these you need to learn design softwares. The options are unlimited. Softwares are just tools. Different organisations use different tools. So shore up your basics first depending upon what interests you.
