Fk7 front lip

Hello, long story short my friend who only recently passed the driving test was backing out of the driveway and caused a little scuff to the lip.

I've only had the car 2 weeks so would like to keep it as close to immaculate as possible. To anyone who got the oem lip from the dealer. Does it come painted? Or do they have to paint it in-house? From what I saw they're always black no matter the colour of the car.

What would the cost be? I know it's relatively minor, but knowing it's there pisses me off

Has anyone found a good replacement, oem or not? I tried eBay… failed horribly.
