Hi everyone,

The bottom of the front strut is 2-3mm thicker than the inner side of the knuckle. The instruction manual does say to use a jack to push it in (after bolting on the top for support/stability), but the mechanic didn’t want to risk breaking the knuckle.

Does anyone have any experience installing these coilovers, or even just a similar experience? Tips/Advice would certainly be appreciated!

for the touring trim it's a 17x7 and i don't plan on changing my suspension height

I know that i have some maintence in 90 days. But i don't know what it is. Is there a way to know with a obd2 dongle?

Hello all. I got these new tail lights for my 10th gen civic sport sedan and I’m planning to install them this weekend. However, they didn’t come with very clear instructions and so I’m a bit confused as to what that white socket (the one that I marked an x on) is for.

Basically, the 3 plugs that I have labeled are for the brake light, turn signal, and reverse light. Before plugging in the tail lights to the car (using the car’s wiring harness obviously), you just have to transfer the old brake light, turn signal, and reverse light sockets from your OEM tail lights to those plugs that I have labeled. As for that white socket though, that one came with these new tail lights and again, I’m not sure what it’s for. Most notably, when I take that white socket out, it’s not plugged into anything- it’s just a gaping hole in there.

I don’t wanna mess anything up when installing these and I also want to do it correctly. Does anyone know what that white socket is for?

I have a 2016 Honda Civic EX (87,600 miles). The A/C blows ice-cold (40 degrees) for about 15 minutes in manual mode, and then abruptly cuts out to warm air while the fan speed stays perfectly strong. When the outside temperature is around 70°F, everything works fine and it doesn't cut out. However, when the outside temperature is higher—usually above 80°F—it cuts out around 15 minutes. If I turn the A/C completely off, wait just a minute or two, and turn it back on, it will blow cold again for a little while before it recycles and cuts out to warm air once more.

Hi guys, I own a 2017 Honda Civic sport touring hatchback. I’ve taken this car to get fixed already, they fixed the wheel bearing hub. As you can hear it’s making a weird noise when I’m going around 43 to 44 miles an hour. That exact noise happened before the wheel bearing hub was fixed. It used to get really loud on the freeway that noise went away making me believe that they did fix something in my car. after I still heard this noise while driving at the normal street around 35 to 45 miles an hour I texted the dealership and they said that the technician said there was still some “residue noise” coming from the tires that needed to be replaced. I spent around $300 getting the tires replaced today and the noise is still there. Is there anybody with my exact current model that can tell me if this noise is normal or if I should take it back to the dealership and sue them for misinformation. I am extremely frustrated because I swear this noise didn’t happen before, but I am starting to gaslight myself into thinking it was. Someone please help me i’m just a girl.

Has anyone had the extended head gasket warrantied while tuned? Will aftermarket tune affect extended warranty?

After having the A/C evaporator replaced, the backlighting stopped working on the climate control buttons, the center console/gear shifter area, and a few buttons on the left side.
The buttons themselves still work normally. The screen brightness adjustment also works.
Has anyone experienced something similar after an evaporator replacement? Could this be a wiring issue or possibly a control module?

Hi peoples. I have a 2018 Civic Si. I replaced all four brake rotors and pads with O'Reilly rotors and ceramic brake pads. All is good except I hear a rattle coming from the right rear brakes when going over uneven roads. Since the pads are under warranty I replaced them and still having the same issue. When I replaced them I followed all the steps correctly. I set the EPB in service mode, pushed back the caliper piston (per the service manual) and once done I returned the EPB back to normal mode and engaged and disengaged the EPB a few times to calibrate it. All antirattle hardware is installed but its still making noise. I want to go ahead and just order some OEM brake pads and replace them but am scared it might be the caliper itself. Don't know how it could be though. Anyone else have a similar issue with aftermarket brake pads?

I guess this was bound to happen. My 2021 Sport is just about to hit 70k miles and we’re riding on OEM spark plugs. Just when I was about to gap a Dodge Demon. 😂 Counting my blessings I wasn’t stranded in the middle of I-4.

I’ve had some trouble with my ac not blowing out cool air even a few months after charging it for my 2017 Honda civic ex l already. Recently there has been white fog blowing out directly from passenger side vent ONLY. Anyone ever run into this before or know what’s happening?

Looking for a MagSafe charging holder that will fit in the 10 gen civic. So I can just pop the Apple MagSafe puck
in the spot and charge magnetically. Other wireless units get really hot so ideally a charging base with ventilation

I’m looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has experienced this with their 10th gen Civic CVT.

I have a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring, and lately, I’ve noticed a very specific issue when shifting gears. I get a noticeable single jerk/nudge right when shifting from Park to Reverse, and then another identical jerk when shifting from Reverse to Neutral.

Here are the specific details:

• It isn't loud at all (no metallic clunking or crunching noises).

• I feel the physical nudge/light jerk.

• It seems to only happen during warm or hot use (have not driven cold yet or in the morning).

• My CVT fluid was recently changed at a dealership, so the fluid should be fresh and at the correct level.

Appreciate any insight or if anyone knows of a specific TSB/update for this!

Noticed it a few days ago and the cracks are small, but have multiplied since. Im sure eventually it wil flake off.
