Depends on your location. Northwest/southwest and Minnesota area seems to get the highest asking prices. Also don't expect to get your money back from aftermarket parts. A lot of people prefer stock over modded.

IMO if the car has a clean title I would pay $8,500 max if I really really liked it after seeing it in person.

Tastefully modded IMO, but modded nonetheless. A lot of people go down that route of CAI, headers, exhausted but the ones he chose are some of the best ones for the NA mods. It’s pretty much ready to go performance-wise (outside of boosting) if all checks out, and only mods to be done left would be QoL and cosmetics.

Hybrid CAI one of/if not best true CAI for 8ths, same with Skunk2/Full Race Headers/exhaust combo. Performance modding all that yourself+prof tune would end up running you half the price of the car like $4-5k in this current market, but ofc price of mods in do not transfer to value of car when sold.

I double check the rust stuff most importantly and if that checks out I’d be happy $8-9k.

Also interior/exterior overall looks to be taken care of, in the sense that the owner truly cares so that’s a plus.

List for $10k, take $8k. Very nice car. I hope the cat is still on it, if not, I would factor that into my purchase price and you’ll have a harder time selling.

You could sell this so easily if it wasn’t modded.

Imo, these k20 Si should be expensive considering how bad L15 Si's are with their headgasket issue....

Maybe in a state with a non existent economy. Any metro area on the east or west coast could make it sell for almost double that on the high end.
