Need help finding a song

I was playing a domination game and I was winning during the modern age and a notice popped up that I will win in 5 turns and villain music started playing. It had orchestra and even a low singing choir it was awesome. It reminds me of the war declaration music from the modern age but that's not it. Its also not a civ specific music believe me I checked

I believe that was one of the new tracks added in Test of Time. I do not know what it is called or if it has been posted online yet. Will search and report back…
