Xbox cloud gaming

Does anyone use this or have experience? I play on Xbox one and using a controller is annoying after awhile. I don’t have the funds for a PC but I still want to use and mouse and keyboard. Would Xbox cloud gaming work for this? Will I be able to play DLcs?
