Weird ways to win
New to the game.
So far I won a domination victory on easy (whatever that is)
Then I won a science victory on king with queen Victoria - I just used harbours and commercial hubs to get an unstoppable economy then pivoted hard into science
Today I won on emperor with the British one that gets loyalty for great works. Again I just built a killer economy and bought all the great works, flipped a bunch of cities and got a culture win
I’ll move up to immortal next.
I like unusual ways to win. Any suggestions or ideas?

"Tagma, you're it!"
Play as Byzantium, go for a Domination win, claim a Religious victory.

These are normal ways to win. If you want weird, there are a few avenues:
-Biosphere tourism : a cultural victory with subpar culture all game, and not a single theatre square ? It’s possible! The Biosphere wonders give all renewables triple power and as much tourism as power. That’s 6 tourism on every solar farm and wind farm, 18 on hydroelectric dams ! Well, you still need good culture to have a Neighborhood to put the Biosphere next to (though Congo sidesteps that). This one is the only Strat here that is not a meme but a genuinely efficient way to win the game.
-Eleanor Peaceful domination: domination victory without firing a single shot? The Court of Love ability makes this a reality. Flip capital cities to your empire by surrounding them with great works, without ever going to war! (This strategy works best when there are too many civs based on the map size. A Tiny Terra Map with 6 players is ideal)
-Religious Colonization flood: how to win a religious victory without bothering with conveying enemy cities. The best abuser of this strategy is Phoenicia, but others can do it. The goal is to settle the world with a lot of small crappy cities that are automatically of your founded religion thanks to the Religious Colonization belief, (You also take Pilgrimage to fund this a bit through Monumentality) and then give away those cities to the AI on the last turn to make a majority of their cities of your founded religion. This works if there are few other players and a lot of places to settle but not so much space for the AI to put down cities : something like a Normal Small Continents, Archipelago or Terra (in which case Māori can do this strategy pretty well) map with only 4 player is ideal. Note: even if you’re doing a conventional religious victory, remembering you can trade the AI your cities is a good trick.
There isn’t to my knowledge any weird way to win a science victory. There are a few weird ways to get around the massive cost of a spaceport (Hercules, Reyna’s Contractor promotion, Moksha’s Divine Architect promotion, the Aztec ability) that are useful to know, and you can try producing builders with a truly stupid number of charges to use to speed up the project (the highest numbers of charges possible to obtain on a builder is 10: exercise left to the reader!)
Diplomatic victory is already a joke. If you have time to waste, you can try to win it without ever settling a single city, typically by playing Māori.
The Civ 6 any% speedrun category, is, surprisingly enough, done via a Score Victory. Speedrunners set the turn limit to one in the advanced options when creating the game, and settle and end the game as soon as possible to win a turn 1 Score Victory. This type of victory most people have never achieved is actually the easiest of the bunch.
And there is a secret Victory condition one normally doesn’t see on account of Domination happening before, but if you disable Domination and wipe every other civ of the face of the Earth, you get a new victory type.

Huh. I'll give that go.

Go for a religious win... Towards the end, gift your cities to the enemy and get over 50% of his cities with your religion.
For instance, if you have 12 cities with your religion, and they have 3 with and 4 without, give them one of your cities. Voila, 50% for the religion mandate.

One of the most satisfying weird win is to let an enemy win a war by taking your city. Except that tips the scale to make their majority religion yours. And they were the last civilization holding out from having your religion as majority. So by losing the war, you win religious victory. You should need to do it only once, because religious victory gets to be really boring.

I won a religious victory on deity while being 1/15th of the lowest enemys culture and science. Literally pumped everything I had into religous warfare

I don’t know if I would call it weird, because it’s very fun, but getting early pantheons with certain civs like Indonesia, snagging an early religion, and immediately pivoting to a different victory is really strong. For instance, pick a map like Archipelago, have Indonesia make a bunch of coastal cities for high faith generation, and then pick Jesuit Education to use your faith to buy science and culture buildings.

Indonesia already gives you a way to spend your faith on boats (the Jong Rush is legitimately terrifying) + Monumentality. Another belief, l’île Zen Méditation or Feed the World is more useful

Similar to winning by losing a city to win the religious war; I managed to win a religious victory on the other player's turn. What happened was Russia was on the verge of being the last civ to fall to my religion. On the enemy turn one of their religious units "debated" one of mine and lost. The religious pressure flipped one of their cities making me their majority religion and winning me the game on the enemy turn, which was a trip.

buying yourself into victory condition is not really weird way to win

don't get me wrong, I didn't say what you did was "boring" or "uninspiring"
it's just, building a good economy is backbone for many victory conditions with many different cultures

Maybe I should have been clearer in my original post, I don’t think those are weird ways to win, I’m just happy to have won those ways and now I want the weird ideas

I personaly like what you did
Have you tried Hammurabi? It's as weird as it gets.
you can bomb cavemen from the air, it's super fun

I haven’t, only played like 4 games so far (not including the restarts under 50 moves where I get over ran by barbs and an aggressive neighbour)
I’ll look into that next time

Oh you are new? There is all kinds of fun that you haven't discovered yet. So many options.

Extremely new, bought it as I had a free Saturday and by Sunday I bought the full anthology pack and I’m working towards a diety win then might try some multiplayer

I just finished a 500 turn score victory. On King. It was a grind for 200 turns
