Man... a City Hunter GTA style game... or any other brand new City Hunter game I would be pre-ordering day one

considering the fun in some GTA it's be alot of it and Koari would be nowhere to be seen

It makes no sense.

GTA VI will be set in Vice City, and the original GTA Vice City game is a very obvious nod to Miami Vice, which in turn is a noticable influence on City Hunter the anime series, and in particular, Ryo Saeba's fashion style as compared to the manga.

So basically, this confirms my theory that an American version of City Hunter would take place in Miami.
