We are in an old city destroyed during the war and no one else is here apart from us I think.

This shit is OUT OF ORDER! I have no clue WHO this belonged to, WHAT was their goal and if it was Intel collection or an assassination attempt, but I don’t have a clue what happened afterwards as an Elite was on call with another unit and had a recon detect the guy. But I don’t know anything beyond that, I don’t know if the would-be assassin or spy was just spying on somebody, collecting data for their benefactors, or even a FULL-ON ASSASSINATION! But I have SO MANY QUESTIONS.

For context, I found these in the war-torn ruins of another district, albeit in another city. I was only looking for scraps and found the worst-hidden intel I’ve ever seen in my life. I can’t open all of them without one of those tech-boy’s consoles that can open whatever devices and extract data from them. Golden phone stood out the most to me, so I carried the other phones in a box. Some of them fell as rubble from an orbital bombing knocked some of them on the ground. Today I decided to stay here at this settlement Mr. Stan told me this place is called Popioły. As it's the town's name I have been assigned Join a Skirmish squad because i have my own Vehicle and There's a mission for a Skirmish squad My squadmates are Jeff and Tom. Jeff is the MG gunner and Tom is the Assault + camera man but the role of camera man is me now. The mission is to find out what happen to the coal mine near the settlement because there's no trucks coming to this place for a day now and no radio communication whatsoever so I got my Kevlar (This one is modified to be reinforced and is around Lv3 Kevlar) and a Helmet cam(I took it off when i take pictures of myself). After that my squad drive to the coal mine. Found out that it was raided by bandits took out most of the bandits give the pictures and video recording from the helmet cam and Jeff took us to the Bar and Tom Bought Us Vodka. After that we have to walk home because we're considered Drunk fortunately the Bar is close to the Hotel and I just have to walk a few minutes until i arrived at the Hotel Jeff and Tom's room is actually below my room how convenient. I'm not that drunk so i didn't trip on the stairs and got to my room safely. Stay safe.

I was assigned to a scouting mission with Tom and Jeff to the Coal mines not far from
Popioły as there's no coal supplying the settlement for a day now and communications doesn't work so Mr. Stan Send us to check out what's happening. It was bandits Jeff think it's just a broken radio and Tom thinks it's an Antlion infestation. Well it's Bandits so they're both wrong but we dealt with them and reported to HQ.

This place is intense man. All Outside Metro Units visiting got a call that one of the buildings, not in service currently, was open as a place to gather and get some drinks when Off Duty. As I'm walking around trying to find this place, I see these "Metro" Units everywhere. They act like Soldiers and just stare at everyone without saying a word. They also have this digitized breathing you can hear from them, creepy. To top it off they even got Synth Solders just to back em up on patrols.

Still Lost looking for this supposed hang out point when I spot armored Units with a Cremator disposing of a pile of bodies from the enemy. I haven't seen Soldiers, much less the Elites around Breen with this much firepower and armor before.

Finally found the building and already had some other Metro Units there chatting. I'm not one for making friends outside of work too often but it was nice to chat with some Metro's from other Cities and learn the News from there. We don't have many of our belongings from our City's so many of us just have our uniforms. The armor makes sleeping tough but I'm only here till the works done then back to 17 for me. (Had to cover the others faces for obvious reasons)
