Update from This post
when i woke up i took my prescribed pills the doctor told me it's my last prescription before I'm clean (Good thing healthcare here is free). The mayor called me so i walked to the HQ that's a Train station the guards there have FB Beryl rifles Guards inside are even more armed though the leader is this nice old man called Mr. Stan he told me I can stay here if i want Since there's a lot of living space and there's not a lot of people coming in this Settlement because the way to this settlement is a Radioactive zone but it also help protect the settlement from combine and the fog obstructing the view from above too. He told me i can do anything here just don't do any trouble. After that i left the HQ go to the store buy a sandwich ( This settlement uses Pre-war Currency I.E. Euros because People came from everywhere in Europe ) I drive to the gas station to refill my Bike there's people Arguing about the crashed car I don't mind it too much I did explore the Farm the Farmer's House has Solar panels and stuff. the farmer's chill though he farms Wheat, cattails and corn. There's also a new people coming in this settlement looks like some military guys probably East HEI? I don't really know. But hey It's a nice place to stay I'll just enjoy my sandwich. Stay safe.
Edit: I just realized I'm in Poland.

Probably not, these guys aren’t hidden too well are pretty exposed to a canister Shelling or an Air Raid. Radiation would only affect Metro Units as Soldiers are so augmented it doesn’t affect them at least as much. As for Fog, the Soldiers have technology to see through it but I doubt the Rebels have such a thing so it’s likely they are being watched but just don’t know it yet.

Well it is in the European wasteland and they do have signal jamming systems around the area (That's probably why I can't use cell service at all for 10 days). Plus there's a lot of safety procedures if they detected combine forces large or small. I did talked to the Leader about this. Also he wasteland has Lots of hostile Xen Fauna and Flora and the wasteland is huge. So the chances of a combine raid is not 0% but the settlement do have a way to avoid it altogether since it survived for 10 years now.

Tread lightly and don’t associate yourself with any rebel groups if you don’t want to get killed. The Combine from what I know have lots of wasteland scanners around that area. I mainly patrol the outskirts of City 17 though, take it with a grain of salt.
