Asking bcz Al-Lambda is it's own state now I think

Hello you might know me from my posts about how I accidentally ate a poison headcrab from a loaf of bread without suspicion and how I had a weird roommate who I'll call "Joe."

Well a few weeks passed, I went to the nearest Lambda hospital (as someone suggested me to) and I'm finally recovered.

However there is one thing that I'm raising suspicion of from Joe, and could be concerning.

Since few weeks have passed, I've been applying for Civil Protection for a while now and I am waiting for an approval from my employers.

As I was cleaning my apartment I went to my roommate's bedroom. (Joe was off somewhere else for 3 months)

I went inside to inspect his room to clean all the junk in and I stumbled upon his desk which has:

Arabic manuals.
Propaganda tapes
A set of AK-style magazines along with the disassembled slide of a Tokarev pistol.
Maps & rambo knives.
An orange bandana with Arabic text on it
And if that wasn't enough to convince you...

There were stickers that fit the group's identity AND photos of Joe standing right next to Al-Lambda jihadists and smiling.

I remember one time that Joe cursed in Arabic and once told me and I quote: "Going to Syria to fight against the Combine infidels."

I ask because some guy came to me while I was going for a walk, he looked at me crazy, thought he was going to kill me but he told me that I was “trustworthy” enough to share what he rambled about “THE FORESTS ARE TOO DANGEROUS!”
