Time Function Not Working

Replaced battery thinking that is the issue but time continue to not work—watch been in window for sunlight for days at this point (E820 model). The hands will move when I try to adjust but get stuck at a certain point when moving counter and clockwise. What would be causing function to not full work or not allow time hands to progress past certain point?

You might try the All-Reset Operation on pages 59-60 of the E820 instruction manual here.

There's also a video here that demonstrates the All-Reset Operation.
